The all-inclusive drink needs to be improved and is only made for foreigners

Great stay, much better than expected. Rooms clean but could do with an update. Shower rail not high enough so curtain trails in the bath which could cause a trip hazard. Food was nice and we always found something to eat. Plenty of loungers and seats to sit on through out the day. Staff on a night need to be more vigilant with people pulling seats and putting them across the top of the stairs when evening entertainment is on. People had been sitting for hours to see the shows and then had their views blocked by people coming in at 9,15pm and doing this. Overall a great holiday and will definitely return.

Room was basic. Sofa bed was horrendous to sleep on. Door didnt lock from inside. Aircon wouldnt swithch off. Shower curtain fell down with every use. Towels stained. Hairdryer plug handing off. Food was OK. Could have been warmer. Tables set up for 2 and we were a party of 8. Drinks were very watered down. Sunbeds gone by 7.15am. Pool freezing. Hard to use. Had to be out the room by 12, then reception cut your wristband leaving you unable to get any food or drink which was difficult with children. Steps everywhere so difficult to use with pram.

Mixed feelings about this stay but I’d give it 2.5 if I could. The rooms are the worst thing about the hotel. We have a toddler yet they gave us a room with steps inside. The bath water was hit and miss. You’d get scolded one minute and frozen the next. Not ideal with a young child to bathe. Shower rail fell down every single time I showered. Curtain doesn’t go around the basin well so a puddle is on the floor after every shower- slip hazard. Decent amount of wardrobe space. We got a family room but there are only 2 beds ??? The other members of the family are expected to share a sofa bed- extreme discomfort. Cleaners only leave 2 towels regardless of how many people are in the room. I did make a complaint about some things but the man on reception didn’t really seem bothered and made no attempt to move us to another room or offer any sort of fix. The food was fine, always found something for our older children and adults to eat but again not great for the toddler. Had to have pasta and chips every meal other than the night we ate out. Themed nights for food although 2 nights were international, one Mexican, one Spanish and one Mallorcan which were all very similar! Asian night was nice. Desserts are all very odd. Alcohol mostly watered down. Good selection of drinks though. Coffee was decent. The pool was clean but absolutely ice cold. Again not great for younger ones who have nothing else to do but play in the pool, yet it too cold. They really must heat it in the cooler months. Literally nobody ever got in the kids pool as that was mostly in the shade all day so always freezing. They need to cut down the tree that shades it. Some nice activities in the pool such as polo and aquarobics. Evening entertainment not bad at all. Overall not suitable for children under 4 really at all but otherwise for the price it wasn’t bad.

I can’t put into words how poor the food is. It says alot when you come away from the hotel saying that the best thing you’ve eaten all week is chips, however after 7 days of staying here chips themselves also get boring. If anyone can say that the food is good then they are very simple. Customer service is outstanding however even this cannot make up for the horrific food. I’m not even going to get into how loud this hotel was, let’s just say I’m glad the couple in the room next door enjoyed each others company. If you want an enjoyable holiday do not book this hotel.

Stayed here for a week with an 11 month old. Booked an all inclusive holiday so that we didn’t need to worry about budgeting during the holiday and where to go for meals. The food was terrible. I know everyone’s tastes are different however even on themed nights the food was all the same, I can’t begin to describe how bad the food was, it made us ill after every meal. The breakfast wasn’t too bad and we looked forward to breakfast because it was the only decent meal. It was advertised as serving snacks during the day however this was only dry hotdogs and burgers which were not appetising at all. The bar was good, the selection of drinks was really good and they did nice cocktails. We only went in the pool once, as it was freezing, the sea was warmer. The staff were all very friendly and helpful so cannot fault that. The room was really basic but clean, we were also given a travel cot which was really helpful, the sliding door to the balcony was broken and had to be forced open and closed. We did want a nice quiet holiday however this wasn’t afforded and we slept terribly due to the noises in the hotel all through the night from other guests. It is supposed to be a family hotel however there was constant banging, screaming, slamming doors all until at least 2 in the morning which seemed to echo through our room. Honestly all we wanted to do after a couple of days was come home. It’s a good job we brought baby food because there was nothing that our 11 month old could eat at all, despite it being a very basic hotel the things that really let it down is the food and the noise from other guests. Other than the hotel, there is a beautiful beach near to hotel America which is about a 15 minute walk from the hotel. This beach saved our holiday as if it wasn’t for this I think we would have gotten an early flight home. Other than the beach there is absolutely nothing to do if you have kids. It’s our own fault for not doing enough research but it was a very last minute holiday.

So we arrived at around 11.30am and the room was ready for us which was great. Hired the pool towels from reception again no problem, it was 10 euros each deposit. The hotel is very dated and really needs a makeover but comfortable enough especially for price we paid. Food was plentyful but not very warm but there is a microwave to help with that. At busy times the noise is unbearable just like a school canteen. The staff in there work hard to clear the tables. The entertainment was quite good but got very Smokey with the amount of people sat there. Most of the bar staff are friendly and hard working but there was one guy Francesco I think that was his name was rude and passive aggressive to the point I would not go to get a drink if he was there. There’s a lovely little walk into the small town which was nice(don’t forget to fed the stray cats on the way down) all in all though was an ok stay made better by the beautiful weather.

We arrived at 1.30pm and room was not ready ! They put cases in room and said to go have dinner and then room Would be ready. We had food and went back at 2 to be told it still wasnt ready to go back at 3 but still may not be ready ! Went back at 3 and not ready so went for a walk around the area and went back amd room was ready !! Rooms ok but floor could do with a good bleach and mop stains next to bed and patio. Patio door not safe and hard to open and close. Food lovely lots of choice and themed evenings. Dinning room staff worked so hadd clearing up and settimg tables. Pool bar staff and evening staff at bar ar great so friendly and funny. Young lad with beard is great and older man with great sense of humour.
