Popular Caleta De Fuste 4-star Hotels

The Hotel lied. Three days before our stay, we had read on another site that repair works were being conducted at our hotel. I got in touch with Easyjet to ask if this was the case. They said they works look into it. They phoned me back a day before we flew and told me any work was minor and would be finished. Me being me, phoned the Hotel directly and was told by Libby she would check with her manager. She reported that there was some painting of the chill out area being completed and it would be finished by the time we got there. As you can see in the photos, this was not the case. They were replacing tiles to the roof! Whole areas were sectioned off, losing at least 20+ sunloungers, Barely any safery measures in place. Loud noise too. If I hadn't been recovering from a stroke and I hadn't pointed this out when I phoned, then maybe, just maybe I could have got over it but it just wasn't the holiday I had planned for, expected nor been reassured about. Silly things also let it down: we weren't allowed tea or coffee after lunch or dinner. They refused to turn the machines back on from breakfast, instead pointing us to the pool bar to have one in a plastic cup. Who wants to leave a restaurant to go elsewhere for a cuppa?! Hardly an all inclusive service! Adult only Hotel but with only 2 TV channels in English, one of which is the Disney channel 🤔 😄 plenty of Mickey Mouse! Sort it out! Oh and while you're at it, please put a door on the bathroom! I'm not shy however the entrance to the bathroom was opposite the largest window, which was opposite the neighbouring Hotel! We had to have the blind down the whole time so we didn't show more than our ankles! Lovely huge corner room but spoilt by no privacy. Food was delicious 😋 not one bad meal. Alcoholic drink choice not great, cocktails appalling 🙄😒 entertainment was good on a few nights. In short the Hotel had the potential to be fabulous but fell short and became frustrating and irritating, such a shame.

On the first day of arrival a child threw up in the pool bar which we had Ymir pay for food even though all inclusive. The sick re maimed there all day and evening until it dried up only a sign was put their saying wet floor caution. The table wasn’t cleaned nor the floor. Considering the last time I stayed here we ended up being sick lessons clearly not learned. To add insult we got put in a room a the far end of the resort with only a brick wall as a Burmese. But friends arrived two days later and got an outstanding room and view. If you truly want to be treated well and proper five star accommodation the try the hotel titanic who really do onus what it means. Still stuck here room 8043 if the hotel is looking until Saturday. But could if possible leave to go home or go elsewhere. Don’t come here expecting anything good ( sorry apart from the weather at this point ) although don’t expect to see it from your room

The hotel was nice, pretty busy but sunbeds available, all staff were great and helpful. room was nice and upgraded with a bath and shower, only point of this It was upstairs but manageable for us. Food was good, drinks good, cocktail's on All Inclusive were average but for 6 euro's Mojitos and others were really good. enjoyed the pool area's. Night entertainment was mainly for the kids but that was understandable. Downfall from our liking was the Room Cleaning. we have never experienced this from any holiday we have been on. Room Cleaning stated 5 days over the 7 days. We arrived on the Wednesday, room cleaner attended Friday then Sunday we noticed change of towels only on the Sunday, Floors were dirty, Balcony floors was not cleaned over the 7 days, I called reception to complain on the Monday 5pm, No clean towels and bed was as we left it, made up but not changed!! We complained that the room was still not attended too !! Reception apologised and sent two towels up 2 hours later but no effort to clean the room !! which was really disappointing. The brown sandpaper towels could do with an upgrade also.. We made the best of it , enjoyed what was on offer , spent time at the hotel and down town. We normally tip the room cleaners but unfortunately not this time. We move on.

The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. Correct but equivalent to 3 stars Very spacious and comfortable rooms Piscine à améliorer, des travaux d'embellissement sont à prévoir.
