Al llegar a la recepción y hacer el Check-in la recepcionista no tenía ni idea de lo que debía de hacer , nos quería cobrar de nuevo la reserva que ya estaba paga , nos tocó esperar y contactar a la agencia que nos había echo la reserva y preguntar que era lo que estaba pasando, después de varios minutos, la contactaron y la muy infeliz dijo que éramos nosotros que no queríamos entender .. que ella nos había ya explicado etc… cuidado con Berta y que no les cobre lo que ya han pagado. De lo demás la habitación muy buena las vistas preciosas , pero porfavor arreglen las camas , no podías hacer un movimiento porque sonaban horrible.

Caro en proporción a lo que ofrece, un desastre el mobiliario, colchones, almohadas, todos los elementos de la cocina sucios. Bombona en la cocina, un peligro, a la cocina le funcionaban dos mecheros de cuatro, sin servicio de limpieza. Y sin parking, tuvimos que pagarlo aparte. SIN VENTILADORES NI AIRE ACONDICIONADO

Fui la primera vez que fui a Calpe hace ya 15 años, luego he seguido yendo a otros apartamentos en Calpe. Pero como salió una buena oferta allí que fuimos y no decepcionó,cerca del mar, de los supermercados, grande, cómodo. Y todos facilidades por parte de Unitursa. Pude hasta alquilarlo con parking porqué aparcar en Calpe es complicado. Lo único malo, que solo tiene un baño.

Cuando llegamos estaban pintando la fachada, ruido por la mañana... Si no está en condiciones para alquilar, por favor, que no lo pongan en alquiler... Supongo que hemos tenido mala suerte. El apartamento olía mucho a ambientador a la llegada, y no mejoraba abrir ventanas por qué olía a pintura... PD: somos 1000 euristas, y barato no nos a salido...
