This was the first time my family traveled together and this was also the first Marriott hotel I stayed at. It's amazing the view, garden and beach. The swimming pool is beautiful, large and will have free drinks and snacks. Breakfast was delicious. Resort staff are very friendly. I was impressed a boy named Luna with the service. A place worth relaxing with family. Highly recommend

Brand new hotel Thanks for great great fantastic upgrade. Hotel interior and exterior are plain white and boring for a Westin brand. There is no element of Vietnam or asian tropic vibe. There are some greater Westin hotels. Breakfast & FB service are weak. Service is really weak and needs time to improve. Dinner buffet is great and hot kitchen team is very attentive. Overall a 4.5 star, but I won't likely return as the hotel is quite basic and i expect a more premium and theming when it comes to beachside/ resort staycation. I attached few photos and it is a fantastic upgrade & amenities for Ambassador elite. Hope the hotel can keep up the elite treatment and add more perks such as welcome drink. Nick

Welcoming and warm hotel. The brand new hotel is very well finished, with high-end services. The staff is very attentive to make the stay an exceptional moment. The villas are absolutely sublime, the beach is magnificent and deserted .. a suspended moment for our family.

The most beautiful hotel in Bai Dai Cam Ranh I have ever checked in. I stayed for 2 nights and had a great experience from check in to check out. The garden is spectacular, all facilities are brand new and modern to facilitate comfortableness. We love it and plan to come back in soon future

Such a beautiful resort - The Westin is sparkling new and so tastefully constructed fitting in to the natural environment superbly. Gorgeous pool area and private beach fringed by coconut trees . We stayed in a beautiful hotel room as we are only a couple but the villas look amazing . The buffet breakfast was just next level and all the staff friendly , helpful and very service orientated . We ate in-house several times and the food was delicious - I really don't think you could find better in this beautiful area of Vietnam . We have had the most relaxing holiday in understated elegance which I think is what they are trying to achieve here

As a Lifetime Platinum member I’ve stayed at many of Marriott’s finest hotels, the new Westin at Cam Rahn is a fantastic new addition and is already up there with the best. The design of the property is impressive and very cleverly constructed to create beautiful spaces and a calming environment. The gardens are wonderfully landscaped and maintained. The food options were excellent, delicious meals and really well presented. Our kids loved the pool but in particular we really enjoyed the beachside activities. We stayed in a sea view villa which was stunning and I highly recommend for access to the beach area. The staff were exceptionally warm, friendly, they went out of their way to give us the best possible experience and were excellent ambassadors for their new hotel. I’m already missing the sight of the yellow parasols and very much hope to have an opportunity to stay again soon. Definitely a high recommendation.

매일 아침먹고 키즈카페에 출근도장 찍었는데 일단 직원분들이 정말 친절하십니다. 영어도 잘 하시고 아이들 이름도 잘 기억해주시더라고요. 새로운 리조트인 만큼 시설은 최상급이에요. I visited twice during my stay and the staff were kind enough to remember my childrens' names and always us with a smile. My kids loved visiting every morning. Great facilities and kid-friendly activities too.
