The hotel was okay for the price and located in the Downton area of Cancún. The staff was nice. The only downside was that I got my room assigned at the top floor and there was no elevator. The cleanliness of the room was okay.

Olor a cigarro en habitación 206, defectuosa las llaves de las duchas para agua caliente, sábanas sucias, no se limpia habitación, reguero debajo de la cama como un par de calcetas supongo q de la renta anterior, etc, 1/2 hora para entrar al hotel por falta de Internet para la documentación, falta de comunicación y explicación del personal a la hora de la recepción

One of my worst experiences at a hotel! The place was extremely remote from downtown Cancun, deserted and dark. The reception was rude and didn't speak English. The rooms reeked of mold, with clogged drains and cockroaches (yes, cockroaches!). It wasn't possible to stay a night at the hotel. We ran out of there and lost our money.

La habitación fue cómoda, estuvo muy limpia. No hubo ruidos, ni bullicio de la calle... Sin embargo, el joven que nos recibió fue muy áspero, nada amable, por una confusión de mi parte, creí haber pagado en linea anticipadamente la estancia, pero no fue así... Entonces, al preguntarle al recepcionista en dónde estaba la habitación, nos impidió muy molesto y groseramente la entrada, argumentando que primero teniamos que pagar, y no nos dió ningún tipo de ofrecimiento o recomendación, sólo la indicación de que debíamos dejar la habitación antes de las 11 am. Muy mala bienvenida.
