We arrived at the hotel at 2:30 p.m., they told us to wait until 3 p.m. to check in. This is a minus, since check-out is at 11 a.m., so the room could have been prepared during this time. When we entered the room, the floors were very wet, we had to wipe them with napkins so that we could step on them.

Located parallel behind the seafront and next to the Carlton hotel.
clean, with all the comforts and a small and intimate swimming pool and spa, which if there are not many people is very pleasant. Not a great view but definitely an advantage to have

Beautiful hotel very well located in Cannes
We stayed there for just 1 night.
Top bedding, very pleasant.
A nice spa on the 7th floor but for a 4 star I've had better. Very good breakfast.
