Honestly this review is about my negative experience with being downgraded without apology or billing adjustment! Too many oh and by the way costs leave you feeling frustrated/ irritated especially when you book late at night due to your car having broken down.

Place is terrible. Only slept one night of the 3. I paid for parking for 3 nights and still waiting for refund and receipt. Wind blew in from every where and no blankets or heater. Radio plays all night in reception

They started demanding R80 for parking in a construction site full of gravel.when we get inside the room where totally different from what we saw online bedding was very ditty there was not even an extra blanket to replace the one on the bed.bathroom towels they only had one and not clean no shower shampoo.their bed was very hard it not comfortable at all.

The cupboards are broken. There were fleas all over the curtain. The ceiling is falling apart. The mattress is torn. There was live electrical cabling hanging loose. There was poop against the wall in the toilet. The place is a health and safety hazard and should be reported.

This is probably the worst B&B in the world, please do not book this place What they do not show you on the internet is that all rooms are dirty, towels dirty, the floor is disgusting and they will tell you they are load shedding free but still experience Load Shedding When neighbors flash their toilet, the smell come directly to your room. This is the most disgusting place in South Africa They would tell you pay then show you the rooms after refuse to refund.

And then nowhere on the website it mention damage deposit neither to pay for parking. We already pay to much for a room that is not worth R700 per night. Ridiculous. Will not recommend Bedrock to anyone.

Guest house is totally in a bad condition the pictures posted on *********** it's not what is there. The owner is so rude and ****** doesn't care at all about people and she tells you that you won't get the money back. There is not even an iron but rate is above R800 per night. Rooms are not properly clean worse staff so dirty

Arrived at Bedrock accomodation after we had to find an overnight place, booked online and paid upfront. When me and my wife arrived and they showed us to our room the bedding was dirty and there was a used condom in the on suite toilet. After we requested our money back Bedrock still refuses to pay back my money. They even showed me another room and the bedding was dirty as well. And no assistance from the personnel and management up to now a month later

I did not stay at Bedrock. There were hidden costs when I arrived that weren’t explained on the booking. I had to pay a deposit of R500 cash on arrival and had to pay another fee for secure parking. It was late at night when I arrived and it seemed that I would be the only woman in a house full of men. I didn’t feel safe.
