Spent the afternoon celebrating a special birthday. The menu has something for everyone, delicious food and excellent service. The staff are very attentive and you are made to feel very welcome. Will definitely recommend, as will other members in our group.

We went for afternoon tea and it was one of the best I've ever had. A good sandwich selection and a warm sausage roll to accompany the savoury part of the tea. The sweet selection was impressive and there was lots of it. Delicious food, excellent service and they catered for vegan and vegetarian dietary requirements. I would thoroughly recommend The Old Post House for afternoon tea.

I've just had the most amazing afternoon tea at The Old Post. The staff went above and beyond and catered even for the the most awkward of dietary requirements. I would definitely recommend to anyone contemplating coming here. I'll definitely return.

I have had three lunches at the old post office during the last three weeks and they have all been great experiences. The staff are absolutely lovely, friendly, welcoming and professional. The dining area is relaxing, peaceful and has a great ambiance. I can recommend the Cajun chicken dish so highly, the chicken is so delicious, moist and tender, and I don’t know how they do the chips but they are the BEST! Loved it! Can’t wait to go back.

A really nice place for lunch. Great service and great food. Very handy for St Fagans Museum of Welsh Life. We had booked in advance and on arrival we were given a choice of a table inside or one outside under a canopy; as it was quite warm, we opted for the latter. Plenty of choice for Coeliacs, Vegetarians and Vegans. All five diners today had a fish course, and all were very pleased with their food. Good value for money, polite, unobtrusive service. Highly recommend.

9 members of the WI had arranged a meal at the Old Post House on one of the hottest days of the year. The staff had decided that the shop area was the coolest place so set up a round table for us there. We were well looked after throughout the meal. The food was delicious and not one complaint - and believe me, some can be very picky1 The fish was delicious and tasty and we had to succumb to desserts as well. The staff were friendly and efficient and made it a lovely evening for everyone. Highly recommended.

Fab service, good cooking and great attention to detail. Family Sunday lunch with toddler, teenagers and family, all were served with pre booked choices with no mistakes. Accommodation made for dairy free and gluten allergy with different meals being cooked with no fuss.

First class service and food here. Fish and chips very good from a good size menu with plenty of options. Beautiful indoor and outdoor space. Outside space has cover in case of the odd shower. . Food was excellent and well presented. Service is second to none. Will be returning soon.

We held another of our annual presentation dinners there recently. The help from the venue - especially Faye - was excellent. We were served good food at a price we thought was very good. Three delicious courses enjoyed by 26 club members - with a variation for members to choose from. We were in the new marquee area with plenty of space for us all. Members have already asked are we going back next year? The review for service was for the event dining room as we didn't stay at the hotel.
