I stayed there with my family for 2 nights and 1 day I have just wasted my $750. Stove didn't work and when I called the front desk first nobody answered the phone and after calling 3rd time someone answered and refused me to help me by saying this there is nobody now to fix it. And then after sometime I got a call that a guest is complaining about noise coming from our room but my kids were tired they were sleeping but I gave benefit of doubt and thought maybe they are mistaken. Then next day when we were checking out we got a call again about noise at 12 pm. I told we're walking and we are about to check out and it's day time how someone can complain about it. Anyway I spoke to front desk there was a girl she more professional then the manager on duty. Manager name is Alexis I forgot her name but she was rude and aggressive to my wife and I thought better to contact corporate which I will do now. .

The hotel is clean, and conveniently located. No restaurant, but it does have free breakfast! The check in women were lovely, and recommended a restaurant to me that was fabulous. My room is a suite . Large and comfortable. The bedding is clean and comfy. Recommended.

The hotel was esthetically pleasing and the staff were friendly, however the tv in the room didn’t work. The front desk was advised and assured us someone would address the issue. Regrettably that was not the case. Very disappointed.

Horrible stay. Have been here numerous times because it has always been our favorite hotel. We will never stay here again. Dirty room, 80 degrees in room, pool cold and filthy, most staff rude. Sad to say this will be our last time staying here
