The room was smaller than i expected and the view was not very good . Both the bathroom and bedroom sink went down real slow . I have stayed there before and this was my most unpleasant stay

We had a great time! Embassy Suites is a great hotel very close to the airport and Old San Juan. The suites are clean and spacious. The employees are really friendly and the ****** is great. Props to Ms. Elizet Ortiz, the Assistant Manager for the ******. She is the greatest asset this hotel has!

The service was excellent your breakfast was tasteful the employees are vibrant and well manor. I enjoyed my stay great rooms, pool and wonderful services throughout the entire day.

The service was slow when it came to getting items. Also they dont do laundry daily. It was a basic hotel.

The rooms are outdated, bathrooms had old dirty looking tubs and vanity was old and lots of wear and tear! Used the fold out couch which was uncomfortable and not steady.
Some staff was polite but most were not pleasant or welcoming.
