Perfect spot 10 minutes away from San Juan it’s very overcrowded down there so if you just wanna get away from all the hustle and bustle this is the perfect place- the balconies with the ocean front views is very small the side that has a few big balconies are Mountain View’s our balcony was pretty big- just so you know your ocean view will not be big at all -they do not emphasize that on the booking -other than that the hotel is beautiful and very nice to stay -it’s more of a boutique hotel great designs inside

Location is fine and in general the facilities are OK. If you rely on hotel wifi for internet, this property sucks. I couldn't connect using the hotel provided instructions. See pictures of the error message attached. When I tried calling the front desk, surprise surprise...the room phone didn't work! The room itself is basic and lacks flow. For example, the desk provided (which most businesses travelers would use to work) doesn't have a lamp or a phone. The only windows that can bring light to the room are actually facing the hotel lobby (perhaps not all rooms are like that, but this was my experience).

Over 3 days I made 3 or 4 requests to open the hurricane shutters on the balcony window. Despite their acknowledgement to do so, they never did it or notified us. Hence only 4 stars
