This hotel is really super five stars! The younger sister and brother at the front desk were very enthusiastic. The room is equivalent to a small apartment, the space is large enough, and the hygiene is good! It is much stronger than many hotels in Casablanca downtown, very comfortable, there is a living room enough for two people, Burger King KFC downstairs, McDonald's next to it is very convenient! Really super five-star experience

Great hotel, and the best part was the breakfast. Chef Siham made me some of the best Moroccan pancakes (Msaman). It’s a great place where you can try local foods with western touch. Stuff are also very friendly and professional. I still haven’t tried SPA but it seems expensive .

#Praise# Satisfied with security; the hotel is located in the old town of Casablanca, (the old town is really old, specifically dilapidated) The hotel is still warm and the staff is very good, but the room hygiene is not flattering. I bought a rag at the door downstairs to wipe the table and countertops. It feels much better. The key is that the price is not affordable for a few days. There is also a good location, especially convenient. The old city is too old but it is also an abbreviation of old Casablanca. How to say it, overall it is good.

The Hotel is in the CBD of Casablanca. It's a walkable distance from the City's Market. The hotel feels safe and staff are friendly. Though the room carpets are rarely swept and vacuumed. Otherwise the service is good and comfortable. Great place.

Nice art deco elements in the architecture. The front desk generously let us check in at noon; a big plus after a long flight and the trip from the airport to the hotel. Good location within walking distance of the central market and the port. Discotheques, tramway and roundabout nearby cause a noisy environment until midnight. The flies flying in the entrance leaves a very bad impression. The bedding is acceptable but the bench cushions and decorative blankets are very dirty. The king bed is actually two double beds pushed together. The shower tends to leak water everywhere. We are told that the water is drinkable but the taste of chlorine is very strong. The price at 385 MAD was in line with what we received

This hotel is deceptive. The ground floor and lobby is quite nice but the other floors and the rooms are not. The beds were clean and comfortable, the room was decent, and the shower was nice. I did see what looked like a blood stain on the bathroom wall though. The breakfast was good and had eggs, sausage, beans, sweet and other bread and rolls, coffee, hot chocolate, orange juice, chicken, slices, and cheese available. It's located right on a tram line and taxis are going by so the time, yet it's a relatively quiet street. That's the good news, now for the bad. Most of the electrical outlets in the room did not work. The rooms let in all the noise from the hallway and you can hear phones ringing etc. the elevator buttons on each floor don't always work to summon the elevator. There is no safe in the room, and I felt like we needed one. The wifi stopped working often and was quite slow at times. The tap water is not drinkable. The orange juice at the buffet breakfast tasted a bit like Tang. Although cheap, I don't know that it was worth the price.

I stayed this hotel as paid by a conference organizer. I did not pay myself and so my review might be biased. This hotel is one of the three hotels owned by the company running Companile Hotel which is located around the corner. The room I stayed is small but clean. There is a small desk and well air conditioned. What was missing to me was some coffee / tea with an electric kettle. But they were not needed this time because I was out of the room for almost all days during my 2-day stay. The shower’s water pressure and temperature could have been better but I guess some people don’t mind. The breakfast was decent and I wouldn’t mind staying again if it’s a day or two.

New hotel. About 15 miles from the airport. Have stayed there twice for our trip (coming and leaving Morocco) Rest of family staying day before their flight out of Casa, (that's how much we liked this place). Staff will bend over backwards for you. Rooms are good size. 2nd stay was in suite b/c it was only room left. Pull out bed was okay but wished mattress was bit thicker. Otherwise, beds are quite comfortable. Recommend having breakfast-outstanding with traditional Morocco foods along with omelettes made to order.. Nice good size pool and gym. Outside of hotel, there isn't much to walk to. Much construction going on, so this will likely change. There is parking under hotel. Very narrow entrance to get into garage and out. If you have small car -no problem, but be careful -it's narrow. Would stay here again.

This is not a high quality hotel, fairly basic but clean and with all the essential services and amenities one needs when staying overnight at an airport. It is walk-able from the airport (about 1 km) if you have no heavy luggage. The hotel provides a shuttle bus every hour from 5 a.m., which is free. Beware of taxis, which charge you Dh 100 for a 2 minute journey, a rip off. The staff were friendly and efficient. The restaurant is OK. It is fairly quiet as it is situated in a trading estate but the stray dogs can wake you with loud barking. The hotel should arrange something with the local authorities to reduce the stray dog menace. For the sake of convenience, I would go there again.

GGuest UserI’ve stayed in this lovely apartment / hotel for six nights. It’s located in Roche Noir, which is part of city centre (Centre Ville), walking distance to the main train station (Casa Voyageurs). I stayed in a decent size studio apartment, which was equipped with kitchenette. Offering a view of the port. Very comfortable bed and pillow. Very clean, spotless / immaculate in fact when it comes to cleanliness. The staff have been very friendly and attentive. The reception staff were always there with a smile and genuinely willing to help with any queries you have. In the evening these are security guards standing at the entrance. All staff members are very kind and helpful. The housekeeping staff stand out as far as I’m concerned: I’ve met Amina and Hicham. Amina is very friendly, attentive and has strong eye for details. The property is part of Campanile, I believe French hotel group. Adjacent to it there is a hotel which houses a pleasant bar. Ideal place to spend an hour or two after touring around in Casablanca. The bar offers a wide range of drinks and bar-food. The staff there are equally very friendly and professional. I’ve had the pleasure meeting Mohammed and Hatim, who have been looking after me. All in all a very pleasant place to stay if you’re in Casa. Highly recommend

GGuest UserI stayed at this hotel on the recommendation of my friends. It really is as good as they say. Everything was great. The hotel is very well maintained and clean, the beds are very comfortable, the rooms are convenient and modern, the food was great. Especially the room service staff were very kind, helpful and smiling. Food always arrives hot and all delicious. For this reason, I ate my dinner at the hotel every day of my stay. Next time I will choose to stay in this hotel again. Thanks for everything.

GGuest UserWe stayed in 703, a superior gold suite on the 7th, and top, floor. The apartment is huge, with a kitchenette, lounge, balcony (or small terrace), bathroom with toilet, bidet and shower, and a large bedroom with a king size bed. It feels spacious with views from the terrace towards the old souk part of Cassablanca and the bedroom overlooking the Hassan II Mosque - an absolutely incredible vista! A fruit bowl supplied on check-in, along with a few bottles of water, which was very welcome. One has to be fairly mean-spirited to critisize what has been a wonderful stay at the Melliber Appart Hotel. Of course there is always room for improvement: the shower, for example, drained very slowly resulting in a bit of a puddle but these minor inconveniences in no way detract from what is a remarkable accommodation. Our check-in was supposed to be at 3pm, and we had to wait about 15m for that to occur, but reception staff kindly offered us coffee and water, which was much appreciated. The Muezzin’s call from the minaret, the white noise of the crashing waves on the Corniche, the anticipation of another exciting day in Morocco - what more can you ask for! Breakfast was adequate and check-out painless.

SSCThe room was beautiful and the pool very nice. The breakfast was good but we asked for an omelet 2 times and they gave us a very wet fried egg and after that a very wet scrambled egg, which we did not enjoy at all but the breakfast had enough other options so it was fine. The room was clean but the bathroom shower floor could be a bit more clean. The room had a stove and quite a big fridge with a small freezer. There was a microwave and water cooker. The location is good but the only downside is that you have to walk around a very long wall, even when there’s a short way to get from the hotel to the beach but you can not use it because it’s from a residence and you will get denied from going in. This is very annoying and time consuming. They should arrange something with the residence

We loved the art deco style of this hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff, very comfortable stylish room, super clean linens etc. changed daily. Couldn’t understand why there was only one bathrobe and two guests? Hotel is close to the tramline but the red taxis are pretty cheap and always available. Breakfast was plentiful with great eggs (to order). Room had a fridge and kettle which was handy. Great value and highly recommended, thanks for making us welcome.

GGuest UserI had booked this thinking it’s closer to airport but still need to pay 30 euros to take a taxi to airport. Also cuz I’m only staying a night to take my flight back, I wanted a hotel with hamman / spa. I saw their spa place looks good. But turn out it only open around 10am and it’s full. I have a plane to catch so wish that the spa could have start earlier or close later. The hotel manager was kind enough to help me sorted it out and I got my hamman and massage. The lady at the spa wasn’t too nice but I can tell she try… definitely not worth the money as the when I ask her for stronger massage, she say I need to pay more for that! First time a masseur tell me this. Anw it’s a decent hotel, big room. I think it’s more for business travellers.

GGuest UserThis is honestly the worst hotel that I have ever stayed at, the rooms are dirty, the beds are filthy and the bathroom had an uncomfortable odor. The staff are rude and we were told at night that we had to switch rooms, they refused to tell us why. If you plan on communicating in English with the staff, you need to consider another hotel as they don't have the necessary language skills to communicate in English. I also wanted to make a complaint about a member of the staff for the way I was treated and he refused to give me his name. The only positive about this hotel is it's decent location, however, there are several other hotels really close by to consider and I wish that I had picked another one. A few tips for you guys that still decide to book this hotel despite all of the above is to not use the taxis in front of the hotel as they try their very best to rip you off, there are more taxis around the corner by the Casa Port train station, use those instead. If you are able to skip the hotel breakfast, you should do so, the selection is poor and the food tastes really bland, they also water down the juice. There are some nicer places to have breakfast around the corner at the Casa Port train station.

YYasser AoujilThe location is very good, room was very neat and clean, and spacious, the bed is very big, breakfast is nice with many different options, bathroom/shower is good and clean. All that said, i am quite upset about two things, the first is AC was not working in the room, the second is if you are coming from countries where you can have a visit to the room by a family member or friend, then don't go there, i went back to the hotel to grab some gifts and go to a party i was invited to, and i asked a family member to come with me to the room to help and get going in 5 min, and i just opened the room then reception started calling room's phone and saying you can't have visit, i said okey we are coming out, then they started calling again and again, just super annoying.

GGuest UserI liked to credit Trip for offering a good value rate for this stay including breakfast We arrived early at the hotel and was told to wait 15 minutes for the room, reasonable request....the room was cleaned, well stocked with 2 complimentary bottles of water included. Bedding was comfortable.......my only beef was at breakfast....one of the coffee machine was not working causing long wait times....my spouse is a tea drinker and hot water at the dining station (hot water kettle) was not always available and requires refill......selections at the food stations are hits and misses....could improve in replenishing food.. an ok breakfast....btw, butter is a luxury in Morocco and not well stocked. I would consider staying again if the price is right

GGuest UserI discourage using the Grand Mogador Casablanca. They do not have the amenities expected by travelers for a 5-star hotel. No casual restaurant, coffee bar, swimming pool nor lounge bar. If you want anything other than the expensive buffet, it has to be through room service or can order a small version of room service in the lobby sitting area. Although the rooms and lobby are very nice, it doesn’t make up for the lack of amenities. The most alarming part is that it is in a very run-down area of the city. This is not a walkable area for tourists and there is absolutely nothing close by. One of the ladies in our group got her water bottles confiscated by lobby security because you aren’t allowed to bring in any outside food or drink. There is no gift shop on the premises that sells water and snacks. She was able to retrieve it upon check-out. They couldn’t explain their reasoning for this policy! Head to the Corniche area. Much better for tourists.
