Abbiamo prenotato da loro per una notte dovevamo fare theme park e poi l indomani etnaland parco acquatico , venendo da Palermo abbiamo trovato l autostrada interrotta e per una lunga deviazione , chiamiamo per il check in e ci riferiscono che è possibile fare il check in automatico senza alcun problema , ci mandano i codici di una cassaforte dove ci sono le chiavi per entrare , mandiamo le foto e dei documenti e andiamo al theme park che lasci eremo intorno a mezzanotte , quando arriviamo alla struttura e facendo il codice segreto della cassaforte che si apre notiamo che NON CI SONO LE CHIAVI , noi siamo con 3 bambini piccoli , al numero di riferimento chiamiamo per ben 30 volte nel giro di 1 ora , il telefono suona ma nulla , la struttura ha altri 3 rifermenti telefonici , nulla tutti suonano non risponde nessuno , alle 2 di notte sconfortati coi bimbi torniamo in auto e cerchiamo una struttura che ci ospiti a quella ora e dopo svariati tentativi la troviamo e la raggiungiamo intorno alle 3 , l indomani , ci scrivono non sappiamo cosa sia successo cercheremo di capire ci spiace , tutto qui ? Questa è follia incompetenza e poca professionalità , Poi cominciamo ad arrampicarsi sugli specchi , la scheda è stata rubata ( nel video dovevano esserci chiavi e non una scheda ) Loro non hanno colpe , il check in doveva essere fatto entro le 20 perché potevano nascere problemi Non ci spetta rimborso ( questo vedremo )perché non hanno colpe , RAGAZZI EVITATE COME LA PESTE ,con 3 bimbi a vagare per Catania alle 2 di notte , tutte le altre strutture hanno risposto a primi squillo , loro mai dopo 100 Nii ok k ci

The best choice for who wants to visit Catania. Indeed, just a few steps from the center. Free parking under the accommodation. nice and clean apartment. We had a four-fold and we found ourselves well. One note: I would change the coats, too empty, I couldn't rest; I would return.

Lovely little B&B with good transports links. Stayed here the night before flying back home after a week on the island. The host was super helpful, arranged airport transports and even left a complementary breakfast. Checking in and out was quick. The room was spacious and clean, with a very comfortable bed. The room was hot and although there was fans it didn’t help much (air conditioning would have been nice). Fresh and clean towels available. There was also a kitchen area and lounge. Close to supermarket and restaurants. Highly recommend as it was cheap and comfortable and host was friendly.
