Clean and commendable courteous staff. Breakfast is plated and too limited choices. No kettle in the room for coffee. We've stayed in a room without windows which was relatively small but wifi is ok. In-room lock for added security is broken. Hot shower requires waiting time otherwise it's too cold. Housekeeping replenishes toiletries and towels. Still a good value for what I have paid for

The pillows and the bed were very comfortable,and it felt very nice to sleep in, and the air conditioning was amazing! I love this place and I hope I can come back soon! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone. This place is also a great place to stay and rest.

Visited Cebu for my dad’s 70th birthday and the contacted the hotel for a favour. They were immensely accommodating and extra helpful. The rooms are clean but I noticed housekeeping is taking all day to finish all rooms. Management might have to consider hiring more manpower.

Neat and clean, well-maintained and several room options. Staff is hospitable. Needs more and healthier food choices. Near the city center so restaurants, hospitals, laundry shops and the like are nearby. Recommended for family or business travel.

The hotel is clean and quiet, though not much amenities. There is a cafe joint next to the reception counter that serves simple breakfast with nice background music. The staff are friendly and nice. Able to communicate in English. Overall, had a plesant stay at the hotel.

Nice play to stay :) affordable and good customer service 💜 approachable staffs anf clean room. Delicious plated breakfast and accessible location 💜 near essentials like hospital, convenience store and atm machines. Strong internet connection
