General hotels on Cha Am Beach will have a road in the middle before reaching the beach. And almost everywhere there is a line of pine trees covering the sea. Good parking under the building, the room is spacious, the light is bright, there are many plug points. The mattress is soft, comfortable and clean. The swimming pool is quite clean and wide enough for swimming. All of these are worth the price. The part that should be improved is that the weak wifi signal drops off very often. As for the bathroom, it should be improved on all mold stains. The sound of the vacuum cleaner is very loud and the toilet doesn't work. and old, torn towels As for the swimming pool, there are damaged tiles, the edge of the pool may cut the meat. first the good things. the staff is nice and friendly. the rooms are spacious and very clean. the location is quiet dispite the road that passes between the hotel and the beach. the pool area is nice, and the beach mostly too. now to the part that makes the hotel just average. when we booked via *********** it was said that a good breakfast is included. when we arrived we were told that the breakfast buffet was canceled. nobody said why and because of covid cant be the reason, especially because the measurments would allow a buffet. the breakfast that got served to the room (to chose frome a menue with 4 different sets) was poor and not really nicley cooked. and the coffee was oversweetened instant coffee. not really what i expect from a 4* hotel.
