Had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Chail Residency. Staff and owner are very cooperative. I had done a direct booking and got the best rates from the owner. Rooms are nice and clean and offer a beautiful valley view. Food is good and not overpriced. Must recommended for anyone planning to stay in Chail.

Our stay in hotel purnima was fantastic, rooms were super clean and our host kailash left no. Stone unturned to assist us in whatever we requested for. Super value for money rooms. We had planned 2 nights in kasauli, 2 nights in chail and now we are going to kufri for 2 nights all bookings done on makemytrip and it has been a seamless experience with all the hotels we checked with the help of makemytrip.

Resort is located on hill side with amazing valley and mountains village views. Rooms are nice clean and big. Garden and parking is available. Special thanks to mr. Sunil for making our stay wonderful. Hotel staff is courteous and prompt. Food is economically priced and portions are big and tasty.
