The room was very big, but we arrived at the hotel late at night. The windows were always open and the curtains were hanging. I didn’t know that the windows were opened. In addition, the temperature recently dropped, the room was really cold. The indoor and living room bathroom were two spaces. I didn’t wear a down jacket. I sneezed constantly. Lying in bed and experiencing the feeling of ice, the only experience is cold, found that the window is not closed, after the air conditioning is closed, the room is very dry, I am too stupid to look at the window, the experience of staying is not very good.

I really like the room I stayed in this time. It is very quiet. Outside the window is the community behind with a lot of green plants. The location is excellent, and the high-speed rail station is right outside. The room attendant is also very good and thoughtfully prepared welcome snacks. The room does not require an electricity card. The curtains open automatically when you enter the room. The soft big bed is very comfortable. The stay experience is very good. It gives me a home to rest at ease during the trip. It's great😺

After checking in and renewing the room, Manager Li was patient throughout the whole process and upgraded to the bathtub room for free. The carpet in the corridor on the 10th floor has a little yellow duck element, and there is a little yellow duck pillow in the room, which my daughter likes very much. There is also a sample of toner in the corner of the lobby. There is a small refrigerator in the room, which offers cold drinks, and a dessert Tremella Soup. The borrowed children’s slippers are also very beautiful, full of details and high cost performance. Next time you come to Changde, you will definitely choose to stay here .

The room is large, the living is comfortable, the children like it very much, the parking downstairs is convenient, and there are charging piles. GGuest UserCheck-in lady is really bad. She is so confused with using my credit card for authorisation. She was not welcoming at all. Very very stupid person. I asked her many times that i am first time here, and what can i do here? She just said to take a look at the map. I was not happy at all. She has no heart to make my stay in Taoyuan happy. However, the next day, lucky for me, two interns were very nice to show me around the whole estate. They were very patient with me, and my feelings changed about Taoyuan. I loved it. Then today, when I check-out, to my surprise, the same lady at the checkout again. That stupid person screwed up my check out and did bot return my authorisation credit to my credit card. She called me to say that the authorisation failed when i first checked in. Oh my god. This is really impossible! What made me angry was that she took ¥0.01. This give me problem with my credit card company. This stupid person make me hate my trip to your property. Beginning and end!

The lady who checked in at the front desk warmly brought a cup of tea, she was thirsty, and the service was too attentive. When I entered the room, Xiao Ai helped me open the curtains. The room was clean and tidy. It looked very comfortable. It was all intelligent. At night, the robot also delivered fruit. I was really interested. Later, I accidentally ate the takeaway and soiled my clothes. The waiter came over and took the clothes to the laundry room to wash and dried them. The service staff were very enthusiastic and trustworthy throughout the season.

GGuest UserPeople at front desk not speak English well and they can’t help too much. Buffer at dinner if you arrive after 7:30 pm to eat you will find half buffet because they don’t fill the foods and you pay full price and it’s will be expensive without complete buffet. If many people eat early at restaurant, hotel staff not clean properly table and floor. So in the end if you arrive late at buffet it’s like you eat same in the street food. If buffet time close at 9 pm, if you arrive before that time you must have the same service like a people come at 6 pm to eat. There’s not. I stay long time in 2019 for more than two months and last time just few days. I have plan to back in Changde in coming few months but not sure if I will stay again on this hotel. For me it’s like 3 stars, not 5.

JJingtingyunduantianlaiI was lucky enough to stay in this hotel on a business trip. The service was like a spring breeze, warm as the morning sun in spring, which is praiseworthy. The room is small and beautiful, a perfect cozy nest. The network is good, the office is efficient; the hygiene is light and luxurious and clean; the quietness is undisturbed. There are many hotels opposite Changde Station, but this one is the best and worth frequenting. The store owner is smiling like a flower, and the customers are pleasantly surprised and worth it.

AAndreaThe window couldn't close properly, so we couldn't heat the room as much as we wanted. In front of the central station. Quite difficult to locate the entrance of the hotel, we were helped by some aunties outside the palace. The staff do not speak English. A deposit of 100 RMB is required. In the room one can find a majong table.
