酒店景色很不錯，這時候來玩有些涼了不過人少更適合遊玩，酒店管家王露很負責辦理入住提前幫忙給免費升級了房間，很不錯[強]

度假酒店，裝修設計不用説，非常好看，超級好看，住宿衞生環境都不錯。前台服務熱情周到，下次來這邊還會訂在這，挺喜歡！

環境優美 楚庭管家 服務熱情 細心

因為京哈堵車，我們凌晨2點才到酒店，前台的接待是個女孩子，一直在講電話，出來一個男孩子接待我，結果弄房間系統弄了20分鐘，人到了睏乏的時候真的沒什麼耐心。建議酒店夜間接待的人員提高服務質量。另外酒店的噴淋真的很想吐槽，噴頭很好我162要惦腳夠，而且位置不能調整，真的很雞肋不方便。還好酒店的陽台景色是美的，一開窗就能看到海還是舒適的。

This time when I came to Qinhuangdao, I did not choose to stay at Aranya, but came to the nearby Arcadia Hotel. I was a little worried about the mixed reviews online. When I asked the front desk, I found that I had booked an older hotel. I went to the big lawn and swimming pool first. This big lawn is connected to the beach, which is really good. It takes more than an hour to play around. It is very suitable for parent-child play. I checked into the room at night. It was better than expected. It was quite spacious overall, and the bed was not bad to sleep on. The tabletops were not cleaned very cleanly, and there was some dust. Overall, this basic room is far from unacceptable. I even think it is better than the service. The big lawn is really beautiful
