I have booked a windowless room. Maybe I arrived late and am luck that I was upgraded to a window”s room. The hotel is just located the MRT intrance - away 40 meter only that is very convenient and easy for me arrived late night. The reception staff is very kind and patiently introduced to me suroundings, transportation info as well as atractives of ChangSha city. My room is at level 23 and good view from windows - actually all rooms are high level at 22th to 26th. Room size about 22 m square with proper furniture and arrangenent. Items are clean, good quality bed that I feel comfortable and could rest well. It is really value for money. Will come again or recomand to friend. I have not take breakfast in hotel bcz I get up late.

Last time I came to Changsha to watch Huahua's concert, I stayed at Changsheng. This is my second time staying here. The location is very good, just opposite the subway station. The bed is very comfortable, but this time there was a knock on the door at night, and my brother's room also heard it. , I hope your store can face up to this problem.

The outlook of the building is run down, and it's on the top floors of an apartment where locals stay. Surroundings are wet market / fruit market. The room and accommodation are as shown in pictures and are a big contrast to the exterior building overall outlook / conditions. It is difficult to find the place as there r no signage on the ground floor, and reception is only at the top floors. If you do not mind how the exterior looks, it's a good place to stay w clean room, bathroom with centralised heating. Free laundry including washing detergent but the coffee and tea in the room are chargeable. A bit of a walk from the subway and train station. Alisa, the lobby manager, was very nice and the front desk provided a personal service. I needed to get up early to catch my flight, and they not only arranged a taxi for me in advance, but also prepared a simple breakfast for me to take away. I was really touched by their care.

Booked two rooms for two nights. The front desk did not inform me of the room upgrade when I checked in. The next day, the front desk said that the room was upgraded. However, I looked at the elevator sign and found that the room on the 14th floor where we stayed was not a business room as indicated by the elevator sign.
