住了好多次了 最近半年基本一個月來一兩次 一次最少住兩三天（不同手機定的 查身份訊息應該能看到奧）説這個想表達的是這個酒店算支塘很好的很滿意的酒店並且已經入住多次 絕對不是惡意差評惡意投訴 但是這次我真的被無語到了 來住的第一次就詢問過酒店的停車是可以停到停車位也可以停在路邊然後報銷的 但是這次退房那個齊劉海的前台拒絕報銷並且態度十分的差 我知道老闆你能看到所以我就要指名道姓的説 我也不為了你那酒店停車費給我報銷所以寫差評 大不了我不要了我自己出 事情的經過是退了房給他截了圖説需要報銷 她一看金額就説太多了我們有停車位前台沒和你們説嗎 我們很確定的否認了並未有人告知（可以查監控）轉頭他又説金額太多了你們兩天房費才多少啊就要報銷四五十（？三百多怎麼你了 你服務員工資才多少啊一天有三百嗎 沒有看不起服務員的意思單指為什麼要看不起住了兩天的三百房費）見我們還是沒有讓步她就説我問下我們店長 正好在等車呢我就坐在酒店大廳的沙發上半個多小時 聽她大聲的打了半個多小時的語音電話 我不知道你們酒店管理對員工的要求是什麼（好歹也是個連鎖酒店吧）不能上班玩手機是有些苛刻了 不過上班時間在前台打電話是有些過分了吧（同樣可查監控 怕查的話我還拍了個視頻甚至聲音大到還有回聲）等車到了準備走之前又問了他一遍 我還和我朋友説 要是我走之前停車費給我報銷了我就算了 但是就是過了這半個小時 我再去詢問的時候 她邊拿手機扣着字邊跟我説哦馬上幫你問下我們店長吧（姐半小時前問問到現在都沒問嗎我請問呢 多打打電話吧班也別上了 上班多耽誤您打電話啊）最後的後續是再過了半小時發了個訊息説拒絕報銷 牛的🤣🤣避雷吧寶寶們惡薰的一米 影響一天的好心情（不過這個酒店的打掃阿姨們都很好 打掃衞生很麻利很乾凈 人也温温柔柔的）
