We really enjoyed our stay here. The facilities are very luxurious. Breakfast buffet was fantastic. The staff were very helpful and courteous. We especially appreciate Rambo He the concierge downstairs helping us call a cab and loaning umbrellas. The staff at breakfast were very accommodating as we were traveling with a toddler. Our hostess Anki Zhang provided a bib for our baby, Cora Gan helped us refill our water, and Daryl Wang at the dim sum station helped us with all the delicious food options.

BBaixiaoxiaoxiaobaiThis is the second time I stayed with my family. Before I checked in, I contacted Yori Xiaowu tentatively. There are some preparations to be made for traveling with the elderly and children. She responded quickly and helped to prepare very thoughtfully. This trip coincided with a typhoon. The hotel staff had a strong sense of service. Every employee I dealt with answered all questions and responded to all requests. I felt very safe. The hotel facilities are also very new, and the smell of decoration has basically disappeared. I want to bring my whole family here for vacation next time. Special thanks to Xiaowu and Cindy Xiaoshao for their service.

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is pretty good. It only takes about ten minutes to drive to any scenic spot. Parking is on both sides of the hotel's main road. There is no dedicated parking lot, which is a bit cramped. The service is very considerate and they try their best to satisfy customers. I visited several suites and the layout was quite good. I chose a terrace with a view of Yushan Mountain and the sunset was beautiful. The only pity is that the previous tenant smoked in the room. The central air conditioner smelled like cigarette smoke, and the floor and carpet in the room were all dusty. It hasn't been moved in yet, which means the air conditioner needs to be cleaned and replaced. The baby had a direct rhinitis attack and coughed.

MMichael.UKThe hotel is a very nice, charming complex comprising a renovated ancient house, making it an unusual place to stay. The location is unexpected: tucked behind some regular buildings. Inside it is very pretty and nicely designed and the room has nice amenities. Things I noticed that were slightly negative: the floor in the room was not very clean; the breakfast is pretty and nice done but still, is simply a fancy zhou and they couldn’t make me a coffee; there is very little noise isolation so we were woken up by noisy families at 8am when we were trying to lie-in. Overall I would recommend it for sure but a clean floor and slightly cheaper nightly price would help a lot.

GGuest UserVery satisfied. I remember that this was the Zhonghe World Trade Hotel. Yesterday, I found the name of the hotel on Ctrip. I found out that it was completely overturned and redone. The decoration has been significantly improved by several grades. The various facilities are brand new, especially the quality of the mattress. It’s great, I’m very comfortable to fall asleep, and wake up refreshed. The front desk clerk is very good, polite and decent, and someone serves tea. At first glance, they have been trained according to the standards of a five-star hotel. The price is higher than that of a budget hotel, but for someone like me who has high requirements on business trips and stays, it is excellent value for money.
