The service is super warm. Because I brought two babies, the customer service answered all my questions in the early stage and arranged adjacent rooms. The overall room was clean and tidy, the bed was very comfortable, and desserts were given, which was so cute. The transportation is convenient. Dinosaur Park, Jiangnan Global Port and Wanda are all within walking distance. There is also a large park nearby where you can walk and stroll. The breakfast is also very rich and tastes very good. It completely exceeded my expectations. I will consider staying here next time I come to Changzhou.

Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception front desk staff. Breakfast was excellent and spread full of an airy, open and bright restaurant, it offers hotel guest a mixed menu with International dishes. All of them makes our trip very welcoming, the luxurious accommodations, coupled with exceptional service, made my stay truly memorable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everybody! The first time I traveled to Changzhou, I stayed at R&F Wanda Realm Hotel. The hotel has a good location. There is a shopping mall about 10 minutes away from the left and right turns. There are many places to eat. The hotel lobby is clean and bright, the elevator is also very good, and the room is hygienic and clean. 1) I arrived at noon on the 10th. It was very hot that day, but the front desk said that the computer crashed and I couldn’t check in, so I stored my suitcase and went to eat. It is recommended that if this happens again, the front desk can call the guest in time after the computer is restored to inform him that he can check in. 2) The room is very clean, the bathtub, shower, and washbasin are all very clean, but it is too hot and stuffy. When I checked in on the first day, the room was already turned on for heating and air conditioning, so it felt even more stuffy. At night, I turned off the air conditioning and slept without covering the quilt. On the third day, it was really hot and unbearable. My lips were blistered from the heat. I looked for it repeatedly before I saw a small window behind the curtain that could be opened a little bit. 3) Not everyone answers the ”0” number every time I call it. 4) After getting up on the 15th, I smelled a strong smell of cigarettes when washing my face in the bathroom. After checking, I found a cigarette inside the door. It seemed that it was kicked into the room through the crack of the door after being extinguished. There were black marks and cigarette ashes on the carpet outside the door. I don’t know if it was thrown by the people who came to pick up the bride next door in the morning. 4) The cleaning staff was very good, with a good attitude, and cleaned the room very cleanly.

Accompanying my daughter to Changzhou to watch the concert by the way, check-in is quick and convenient and the room is upgraded. The bathroom and room are very clean. If you lack anything, call the front desk directly to the room. The takeaway ordered by the robot is delivered. You have to swipe your card to get on the elevator, and the security is very high. Xiao He at the front desk was warm and welcoming, introduced in detail, and checked out was super convenient.

Changzhou Jinhai Wujin Hotel, which I booked to watch the Taihu Bay Music Festival, is about a five-minute walk from Changzhou Railway Station and a fifteen-minute walk from Changzhou Passenger Transport Bus Station, where you can take the music festival shuttle bus. There is also a bus stop nearby, making it very convenient to travel to Tianning Temple, Qingguo Lane, Yancheng Spring and Autumn Paradise and other attractions.

I have stayed in this hotel more than once. Compared with previous years, the towels inside are too old and the toiletries are less and less. The toilet is not screwed in properly and there is noise.
