A beautiful find in the middle of Chania Old Town. The location was superb, and the information provided on where to find it and how to gain entry out of hours was perfect. The room - although small - was spotlessly clean. The ensuite bathroom had very good water pressure. The wifi and air conditioning were good. There was no street noise overnight. The bed was extremely comfortable. It is not suitable for people with mobility problems due to the stairs. However, a gem of a find in Chania!

Well what can I say about this little find, nested away in the beautiful town of Chania! Just book and stay - would be my first advice. The rooms are immaculate, super clean and modern with a contemporary twist. The location is just where you want to be. But just as equal was the staff, firstly Giorgio’s was the perfect host, his communication prior to arrival and during the stay was amazing. He was available for any query, recommendation or bits of help we needed. Thank you. Also Artemis who also works at the hotel was super, so much fun, always with a smile on her face, so much fun and helpful- cracking place to stay. If you are looking for 1 night or 1 week, this will be perfect for either….. enjoy!

We will strongly recommend this hotel. The kindest people there, perfectly located, and furthermore an amazing restaurant next to the hotel. We are frequently travelers, and this is definitely a hotel who added more kindness and hospitality than we usually experience.

We had phenomenal support from the owner, Giorgos, despite everything being self-check in. He was constantly in touch with us via WhatsApp and provided great suggestions and and a compilation of attractions and restaurants for the area, and even reached out to car rental companies to clarify a question that we had. The genuine pride and care of ownership and top notch service is something so rarely experienced.
The room itself is elegant and recently updated, and we had a large private patio. It was absolutely spotless. The hotel is located in the Old Town and steps away from great restaurants (we were not bothered by noise), and less than a block from the waterfront. We hope to visit again and would definitely stay here again.

What made this place special is the host or manager. A few days before the stay, he had tried to keep in touch with you, and during the whole stay, assisted you through, dining places, transport from and to the next stop and room assistance, etc. Any enquiries were responded within a matter of minutes, via WhatsApp. The best host I had ever encountered. You will surely have a peace of mind in his hands.
