Superb location. We upgraded to a suite with a spa bath. Lovely view overlooking the harbour. Free water in the fridge. Very spacious room. Breakfast was very good. A lot of choice.

Totally perfect except there was no kettle, we don’t like coffee. Breakfast was great, staff were great and the view exceptional.

Riesiges, hübsch eingerichtetes Zimmer mit perfekter Lage. Schöner Blick vom Balkon auf den venezianischen Hafen. Das Bett war sehr bequem.
Die Infrastruktur war leider etwas "abgebraucht", die Möbel hatten teils "Ecken ab".
Das Zimmer war erst nicht sauber (Haare im Whirlpool, grosse Kaffeeflecken auf dem Möbel) nach Reklamation und Nachreinigung dann aber alles top. Das Zimmer im zweiten Stock ist nur mit Treppen erreichbar, ohne Lift (Altbau).
Der Whirlpool im Zimmer ist ein nettes Detail aber schwierig zu steuern und zu klein für zwei Personen.
Dies ist natürlich alles Klagen auf hohem Niveau. Insgesamt war es ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt!
