The unit also has its own brand-new washer and dryer to make things that much easier while you stay. Newly installed tankless hot water on demand so you always have Hot water in the shower! We have just added new upgraded solar panels that provide the entire property with all the power you need in each unit. You will enjoy the views from the newly installed roof top terrace along with private ground floor patio off the kitchen area to sit back and enjoy your coffee in the morning or a drink in the afternoon. We have just added 2 brand-new high-end mountain bikes exclusively for our guests to use while they stay on property. Both 26" and 29" bikes so you can enjoy a fantastic bike ride exploring the Lake Chapala area provided free when you stay with us. Just for fun we have installed a Video game stick on the living room TV that has 20,000 of the best games for you to enjoy! We have also just finished construction on a massive 500sq/ft outdoor living space on the roof of the guesthouse to enjoy the lake and mountain views morning, noon or night complete with an outdoor dining area and lounge area. Guests will have full and private access to this main floor guest house. You can enjoy the sitting area by the front door or the full private /fenced in back patio off the kitchen.
