First time visiting Charlotte, the hotel is in a great location. But the lobby is on the tenth floor. The only regret is that the hotel requires check-out at twelve o'clock. I applied in advance until one o'clock in the afternoon due to something else, but was told that I had to pay US$25 for late check-out. It’s strange that the hotel has such a weird rule: you can check in at 3pm the day before and check out at 12pm the next day. The guest pays for the hotel for one day, but does not actually enjoy it for one day. Where can I go to reason? I have applied at other hotels before, and I can check out at 2 p.m. at the latest. Is this hotel like this?

I stayed here with my family for a three day long vacation. We LOVED it. We needed a pack n play crib for our youngest and they were very accommodating even though we checked in late! Also, they had a fantastic breakfast. Very very clean with the best views!

Arrived and was directed to park in an adjacent lot because my vehicle was too tall for the parking garage despite other oversized vehicles being parked near the front door. I returned to my car the next morning to find busted windows. Safety around the hotel needs to be increased.

Great staff amazing view but the best was the breakfast and a really really comfortable bed. Only down fall was we Didn’t know we had to pay for parking valet parking. Great place to stay en general.

Great property, but they do not tell you prior to making your booking final, that they only offer valet parking at $38/$45 per day. The whole Charlotte downtown parking system is an organized business with outrageous prices. However, I recommend to download the ParkMobile app and do some research as to when parking fees change throughout the day. Some areas offer free overnight parking, but you have to move your car by 7:00 AM, which was not an issue for me. The closest free overnight parking is right down the street on Third Street in the left lane. However, you still need to use the app for that and will get charged $0.12 so you cannot extend it for any amount of time should you not make it out by 7:00 AM. Charlotte wants you to move your car to a different location, despite there being tons of spots available at all times.
