Staff was excellent responsive and attentive. Property needs renovation appears worn and dated. Good location near airport.Breakfast was good for price. Room was quiet and spacious. There is no airport shuttle service available but Uber was easy

The property was very attractive, and parking was very easy. The first room we were given and had problems with the AC and the woman at the front desk was able to switch us to another room rather quickly. The room was very large and comfortable.

The initial view of this property was modern and well kept. Staff at the front desk were very friendly and accommodating. Even at our late arrival. However, it fell flat from there. Immediately upon entering our room we killed a cockroach, I pulled the blankets untucking them from the bed as I always do, there was dirt all over the top blanket, the pool was closed, the breakfast was ok until I took a bite of a very slimy, very rotten boiled egg. The only thing making me give this place a 3 is the staff seem very friendly.

Property could use some upgrades and TLC. Staff was great. Breakfast was nice. I would stay again. Room was ok Had some issues and Steph took care of us and moved us to a new room.

the tub wasn't draining, TV wasn't working. I could smell cigarettes on a non-smoking room. couldn't open windows, toilet fan wasn't sucking air etc

The state was comfortable, the staff was available all the time. Only issue is the morning before check out. My kids wanted to swim, and the pool was closed for maintenance.

Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was great. Convenient to restaurants and shopping. Kids got to swim and we had a great time.
