Clean rooms decent price. Room has a dyson air fan was a bit warm even with the window open.. other than that stay was fine only paid £67 as it was a sunday night

The hotel did the job, but it appeared very run down, and the rooms had little in them. The service was friendly, and it did have good amenities around.

Met the rudest receptionist in the morning she was on her phone the whole time while not paying me any attention and sounded like she didn’t care how my stay was, while I was checking out could literally see she was texting someone on snapchat I had a good stay and good staff last night but the blond girl on reception just ruined my mood at least have staff on front desk who actually sound like they care about your customers.

Definitely so much more for your money compared to places like premier inn, Staff here are always smiling, polite and active, you won’t ever see them standing around doing nothing. Food here is also great, I’ve never had a problem with a meal yet and I’m here monthly. The servers are just like the other staff, very polite and active. Josh P represents those qualities very well. He’s served me every time and I’m always greeted with a friendly face. Beds here are a lot comfier and cleaner as-well, I’ve had no problems sleeping and I’ve not found even a single hair in my room.

No air conditioning and the windows only open about 2 inches. When the windows are open though, the whole room shakes with the noise planes taking off and landing. Bed is uncomfortable with rock hard pillows. Room in generally very grubby: not dusted, plug sockets loose, dreadful lighting... and the list goes on. I stayed here for 3 days and not once was my room even cleaner: I'd even left the "come in" sign on my door. I'm honestly very appalled by how bad the whole experience was. Food at the bar was mediocre at best: burgers and chips is about all you'll get. The place seemed more like a gym than a hotel: noisy at the weekends too. Absolutely avoid this place.
