The hotel, lobby, and rooms are all very good, but the facilities are a bit old, the room hygiene is okay, the breakfast is quite rich, the holiday price is relatively high, and the price/performance ratio is average.

The hotel was average not terrible not good, the bartender was also the cook. So that was not the most pleasant experience, and I was forced to stay in a handicapped room with window shades not working. Didn’t hate it but didn’t love it

I liked that the hotel is only about 15 minutes from the airport. It is close to public transportation, restaurants, and a shopping center. The staff were friendly and the amenities were great.

People were loud and partying in their rooms until 4am and hotel did nothing about it. Morning staff for breakfast were rude when asking for basic amenities.

Staff members are Awesome, especially Joanne, David, Niya, Yuly, Olga and others who I dont know their names. But all of them made us felt like we are home. I really recommend this Hotel for anybody who visits to Boston please consider that this is your Hotel
