The rooms do not match the photos that are advertised here. It's much smaller, and facilities such as fridge do not exist. More so, the room we were checked into the first time had dirty bedsheets. There were strands of hair on the linen and stains on bath towels. We asked reception for a room change, which they accommodated, but the second room had hair on the sheets as well. At this point we were too fed up to move out again so we dealt with it.
All in all, had a bad experience with Premier and won't be staying with them again.

First night the aircon didn’t work and we had to sleep in a very hot room. Next day we were moved to another room were the aircon was working but super cold and we weren’t able to change the temperature manually.

Room was not cleaned when put label on the door, no 4g in room, breakfast some food was not hot, air con was set at 19 and not able to change and upstairs was making lot of noise walking since floorboards are thin

The staff is amazing. Very polite and I like staying in the hotel. Clean hotel in the centre of the town. And the paid parking is not far, only a few minutes away. Every time I visit the hotel the staff on the reception is so friendly and I feel very welcome.

First time I'd stayed at a PI and will do so again. Staff friendly, location brilliant, room very comfortable and breakfast very satisfying. Only ****** was Wi-Fi was slow, but not a real problem

Lovely time in Cheltenham visiting my daughter . Love Cheltenham lots to do and see , will be back again soon
