Reviews said it was very noisy, so I called the front desk two days in advance to reserve a room. The lady at the front desk was very nice and told me that it was not her shift that day and that I should call early that morning. The front desk who answered the phone that day was also very nice. A room was reserved for me. It was not noisy at all and was very clean. There were also disposable slippers for the children. It was very considerate and must be praised! !
