從入住前到在住到離店，管家lris一對一服務，主動及專業，回覆消息也及時，服務周到且細心，為我安排的房間很滿意，住的很好，酒店裡的其他工作人員也會主動問好，走近酒店有一股淡淡的香薰味，味道還不錯，酒店的環境出乎我的意料，很有藝術感，房間裏的設施也好用，房間住起來很安靜，早餐品種也比較多的，下午茶也很豐富，挺不錯的（´∀｀*）服務好，設施好，環境好，比較不錯的一次出行。

房間很不錯乾淨整潔，周圍環境比較清凈讓我很安心得休息，非常適合來放鬆一下。前台的服務人員特別熱情，特別是小汪天氣很曬還很熱心的帶我去美術館，給我指路。還有我的管家小宏在微信上回答我的問題很及時，從來沒有拒絕我，都是先幫我想辦法去解決然後很快給到我回復，讓我能及時的變動我的行程，不會讓我等很久這種服務精神點贊。酒店設施雖然比較少，但是風格非常獨特，法式風情特別讓人着迷，讓人不由自主的想拍拍拍，由於天氣實在比較炎熱不然還想去麓鎮裏面逛逛，希望下次來成都有機會去看看

很滿意，每次來成都必選。大環境安靜，酒店私家別墅一樣精緻雅緻，設施用起來很舒服，床墊很好，空調效果不錯。服務很温馨，感受到真誠的笑，記住了酒店的小汪和小志。入店離店手續極簡，早餐也很棒，提一個要求，就是素食方面品種可以再增加一些。
