The woman at the reception is just brilliant! There was a better room available and she gave it to us. When we asked to leave our things at the hotel while we walked (our stay was already over, we were flying out in the evening) they did not refuse us. The only thing is that you can’t find a taxi on the street. You need to go further, it’s quite a long walk to the metro.
