Everyone at Nandu Hotel is friendly and welcoming. The environment is very good and clean. And the price is affordable There is a large garden surrounded by books and a study room where you can read. There is a bird that can talk. There is a dog that rarely barks but is very lively and will roll around people and play silly. It is super cute. There are also private rooms next to the garden that can be used for banquets, dinners, and meetings. Four friends can gather and spend time together. The transportation is very convenient. The environment is almost like an ordinary student dormitory. The boss will provide earplugs if it is close to the street. This location in the city is well worth less than 100 yuan. When I returned to the room, I found that I had been registered as an Atour member. You can tell me directly if you want to complete the indicators, but it is inappropriate to register without the consent of the guests. When I left, they asked me if I wanted to take a bottle of water with me. This is like asking guests if they want to finish their meals before leaving. I had booked for two days, but I had to cancel and go to other hotels. They said that the power limit and the air conditioner temperature could not be raised were all reasons. Other hotels are good. Don't be superficial in service. When you really care about your guests, you will naturally get good reviews.

The shower room and toilet are separated and there is an open sink. As a result, it is a bit inconvenient to take off clothes and change into pajamas when taking a shower. The bathroom design could really be more traditional. . The advantage is that the location is good, very close to the subway station. Luggage can be stored at the front desk. Hygiene is not bad.

Location was on the Chunxi Road , it's quite convenient for traveling by metro stations. Good news for money savers haha The hostel was provided self service laundry stations on the rooftop, and it was quite cheap (around 18rmb++) Reception was friendly especially Lucy, she helps me switch to single room due to I'm not familiar with sharing rooms with strangers 👀 I chat with them with a Chinese Guy until 6am morning walao eh hahah🤣😂 I didn't take any pictures while check in , whatever larh I got take photos before check out for you guys refer :) Overall experience on this hostel was GREAT. The hardware is good but more can be done from service standpoint as well as offerings. Room was hot and while they promptly provided a fan, the noise from the fan greatly lowered the comfort of the room. Welcome fruits did not look fresh and indeed looked like the farthest thing from a 'Welcome'. Minibar drinks included nothing but sugary can drinks that are obviously cheap and mediocre for such an establishment. I found a hair in the notebook left on the side table next to the bed. The hair was still there after staying 5 nights. Breakfast was a complete mess and disaster - coffee machine was down and there was a shortage of milk for a while. Restaurant staff were unapologetic about the situation which is completely baffling. Kudos have to be given to the restaurant manager who apologised profusely and tried to make amends but alas, in the overall scheme of things, it would take so much more to save this sinking ship of a hotel.
