Intercontinental Hotel & Resorts Hotels in Chengdu

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the InterContinental Chengdu Global Center. Everything was perfect from beginning to end. The hotel is truly impressive, with a beautiful and elegant atmosphere, spacious and exceptionally clean rooms, very comfortable beds and excellent facilities. The breakfast was outstanding, with an incredible variety of delicious food, and the entire staff were consistently friendly, attentive and professional. We always felt warmly welcomed and very well looked after. The hotel’s location inside the spectacular Global Center is fantastic, and the included access to the water park made our stay even more special. It was the perfect place to relax after three exciting weeks of travelling through China. We could not have asked for a better experience. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommended!

My stay at the InterContinental Century City was absolutely perfect, and I have to give a huge shout-out to both the hotel and my personal butler, Maggie Zhang! Even though the hotel doesn't have a swimming pool, it didn't dampen my spirits at all. What pleasantly surprised me was the 24-hour gym. For a traveler like me, who works out consistently, this was a massive bonus. No matter how late I returned to the hotel, I could always hit the gym. The equipment was well-maintained, and the environment was quiet, perfectly meeting my fitness needs. But what truly touched me most during this stay was the incredibly thoughtful and attentive service from my butler, Maggie Zhang. From the moment I booked, she proactively reached out to confirm my itinerary and preferences. Upon arrival, I learned she had already arranged my room and even upgraded it for free, which was such a wonderful surprise that instantly melted away my travel fatigue. When I entered the room, the fresh welcome fruit on the table was a lovely touch, showing care in every detail. Maggie was just as considerate during check-out. Understanding my schedule, she specially arranged a late check-out, allowing me to pack my luggage at my own pace without feeling rushed. Moreover, the hotel's invoicing process was incredibly efficient. Maggie helped me prepare all the necessary information beforehand, and I was able to get my invoice in seconds when I left, which is a huge convenience for business travelers. All in all, the InterContinental Century City not only has excellent facilities but, more importantly, boasts professional, warm, and efficient staff like Maggie Zhang. Her presence made me feel a sense of warmth and luxury, just like being at home. Next time I'm in the area, I will definitely choose this hotel again without hesitation, and I look forward to Maggie's care once more!
