This hotel is about a 2-minute walk from Sannomiya Station. The entire hotel, including the rooms and hallways, is clean and stylish. The elevator hall is on the first floor, and the lobby and front desk are on the second floor. There's a key box inside the elevator for check-out; you just drop your card key in, and you're done. Only toothbrushes are provided in the guest rooms as standard. Anything else you need, like coffee or combs, you pick up yourself from the lobby. There's also a used towel collection box in the hallway, which shows they're working to cut costs on amenities and labor. I strongly agree with this concept. However, when you get into the elevator from the lobby, the front desk staff bows deeply until the elevator doors close. It's like what you'd see at a high-end Japanese restaurant or a salon. I felt a disconnect in their concept just there. I'd like to stay here again.
