I checked out today. Due to my carelessness, I remembered it at night and called the hotel staff to tell them that I had left something in the room! The hotel staff helped me find my lost items very carefully! I confirmed what was inside again and again! I have to say that the service attitude of this hotel is really not too good, especially careful. There are staff in different positions in and out of the hotel who greet the guests very enthusiastically! I am very grateful to the staff of each hotel for their help in getting me back! This hotel is very close to the city! It is very convenient to go anywhere. There is also a self-service tea break in the lobby and Sichuan's special handmade ice powder rose flavor is very delicious. I like it 👍. The detail is that there is a warm and loud greeting when I walk into the hotel to check in. When checking in, Xiao Gao enthusiastically brought me a cup of hot tea! It's so warm! In this hotel, I feel the warmth of home! Hate warmth! I will continue to stay in this hotel next time! I would like to thank Xiao Gao and Xiao Chen very much here! PS: I got a good lottery, thank you for getting it back

The location is okay. It's a long way from the subway, but there is a business district downstairs. It's convenient for food and accommodation. It's also close to the pandas to the north. There is a washing machine in the room for washing clothes.
It's hard to judge the hygiene situation. It looks very clean, but there are many details. For example, the seat by the window is broken, and it's so rotten that it's impossible to sit down and work.

The hotel is overall very good, the experience is great, and the front desk gave me a free upgrade. The location of the hotel is particularly convenient from scenic spots such as Wenshu Monastery, Chunxi Road Taikoo Li, Kuanzhai Alley, and Giant Panda Base. Luckin Coffee is available in the convenience store downstairs. The guest room is very warm, and I can feel the owner's exquisite use of materials in decoration. There are about 40 varieties of breakfast, a combination of Chinese and Western styles, which is very user-friendly. I will choose this hotel next time I come to Chengdu!

The location is very good to find, next to the Pumaqiao subway station, you can see the hotel's signboard when you come out of Exit E. The boss's three signs are very conspicuous and the customers are also very easy to find. The hotel style is young and fashionable. The lucrative cat at the door is very popular with my children. Robot children also feel very novel. The front desk lady also let the robot interact with my children, the service details are full, I especially like the hotel decoration style, intelligent and more convenient, mainly electric toilets do not need ice butts [cover face]. The hotel also has a washing machine for people like us who go out to play. Children are not afraid to soil their clothes when eating. They can dry after washing. Not bad. My husband likes the hotel gym very much. Every night, I have to run for an hour. The integrated hotel is convenient and convenient! The overall value for money of the hotel is good, and the rooms are relatively clean. The waiters are very good, and the service is warm and polite. It is near Zhaojue Temple and has convenient transportation. There is a food street below the hotel and a shopping mall opposite. It feels good to watch the night view at night. By the way, there is also a football field and basketball court, where you can watch the game, which is quite comfortable! Come again if you have a chance.

Location was on the Chunxi Road , it's quite convenient for traveling by metro stations. Good news for money savers haha
The hostel was provided self service laundry stations on the rooftop, and it was quite cheap (around 18rmb++)
Reception was friendly especially Lucy, she helps me switch to single room due to I'm not familiar with sharing rooms with strangers 👀
I chat with them with a Chinese Guy until 6am morning walao eh hahah🤣😂

I really enjoyed my stay here at this hotel, I had a cozy room with a good view, the beds and showers are very comfortable, I always look forward to returning back to my room at the end of a hot day. The room is understandably not perfect with cracks in the wall, but is clean and very good enough for the price paid. Staff are okay, helpful with basic questions but not out of the way.
Location is convenient, a 10mins walk from the railway station if you exit correctly from the EAST exit (do note if you exited from the west exit you need to walk an extra 15mins around the exterior of station).
Overall I would really love to stay here again if I have a chance.

GGuest User1) Subway station is 30 seconds right across the road.
2) Location is good because it is enveloped by a few famous narrow alleys selling handicraft, snacks, desserts, souvenirs, Chinese artwork etc, and have endless food stalls, coffee shops that surround the hotel, buzzing with activities all day till at least 11pm.
3) Hotel staff speak minimal English but they do understand it albeit not able to converse freely. Naturally using PTH is best.
4) Staff in the entire hotel are very friendly, courteous, pleasant and accommodating, trying to help in any way possible.
5) Bespectacled night manageress in a black suit was very welcoming and sweet. She offered to upgrade us when the room originally assigned for us was not as quiet as we had requested when we booked it. She led us to see the original one ( 2/F )and the other one ( the quieter one on 3/F ) and let us choose.
6) The upgraded room ( 3/F ) was a suite and it was really nice --- very quiet with courtyard view and tasteful lay out.
7) Cannot praise enough for the delightful suite -- spacious and elegant ; super clean ; smells nice , refreshing and just right not overwhelming ; white crispy bed linen ; daily turn down service; endless supply of fresh bottled water on daily basis ; spotless tumbler and fresh bottle of water by the bedside table every evening; everything you touch is spotless ; wooden flooring matching Chinese wooden furniture in simple design giving out this classy Chinese feel ; free to consume anything for the 1st time in the mini bar ; tea & coffee replenished daily ; kettle and coffee machine; free stationery like scissors, stapler, clips, pencil and pens etc; toiletries like vanity set, combs, toothbrush etc replenished daily ; spacious bathroom with double wash basins and clean white towels ; wash basins in rose gold but not tacky; shower drainage not smooth on 1st night but they fixed it and no prob thereafter ; water pressure from shower was good and plenty of marble top inside shower room for your own toiletries ; bathtub with fresh rose petals on 1st night and various types of bath salt ; big screen to watch telly while in tub ; separate toilet near living room; ample wardrobe space and power operated blinds and black out blinds. They provide steam iron on request but it would be better to have a proper flat iron if you want to press pants and other thicker harder material. Steam iron is only good for silk or plain cotton. Even linen is better with a flat iron.
8) This is a 100% Chinese ambience hotel from lobby to our suite but nothing is gaudy or ostentatious because everything is simple, no fuss, low-key, very clean, good architecture, functional and all colour combo is soothing to the eyes.
9) We ate at their restaurant the 1st night and food was ok -- dan dan noodles slightly overcooked so it was a bit mushy. Fried rice was a huge serving with fresh shrimps and nicely cooked. Tea could be hotter. Service was attentive, efficient and proper.

LLvsezhiziI stayed for two nights during the May Day holiday and was very satisfied! First of all, it is worth recommending that the service attitude is very good, and it takes all aspects of the guests into consideration. It makes guests feel at home, and the service is far better than that of a five-star hotel. Secondly, the environment is very good. It is located between two mountains full of bamboo forests. The garden design is great, and it has its own mountain trail and tea pavilion developed on one side of the mountain. The kids had a lot of fun playing in the garden and on the mountain trail. The room is a large Japanese tatami style, including goose*stone slabs in the room, which the kids love very much. Breakfast is served one by one, with a unique style. Dinner is a standard meal, very rich, and also suitable for kids. It's a pity that it rained for two days and I didn't see the fireflies. I will come to see the fireflies in July~

CChrissy_HankMy boyfriend and I stayed at the Crowne Plaza Chengdu Panda Garden during our visit to Chengdu. We were really impressed with how beautiful the hotel was and how friendly the staff was. Upon check-in, they upgraded our room to a very spacious panda room, and I must say, the view from our bedroom window was immaculate. The hotel provided a shuttle to go to the Panda breeding park. My only disappointment was I didn’t stay long, as our visit to Chengdu was short. Despite the hotel's location, I will highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chengdu. I really love my stay, and I will definitely be staying back here when I revisit Chengdu.

JJaneyyy89This resort is nothing short of amazing and I would definitely rate this resort 10/10! I have a young toddler aged 18MO & elderly parents above 70YO during this stay and we absolutely loved our stay here. Value-for-money (we stayed during off-peak season, weekday, about RMB1000/night for our original room type), relatively new, clean & big rooms.
Some noteworthy details:
- Service is top-notched. Staff were friendly & very helpful. We could see that they really put in their heart into the work they do. They even gave our little one a panda toy & she loves it - a really nice gesture by the resort.
- The resort is located at Jintang, a hot spring precinct. With Trip.com, we booked the hotel bundle/package and it was fantastic. The key items in the package include:
(a) A free strawberry picking experience at a nearby humble farm called 许姐草莓采摘. Each booking entitles you to 500g worth of strawberries (transport at own expense, only about RMB10 by Didi). The strawberries were big and juicy, we were lucky cos they are in season now!
(b) 40-min Himalayan Salt Therapy/Bath for 1 pax/room
(c) Outdoor hot spring experience for the whole family (my 18MO loves it too!). There are many pools to choose from & we could find one which was not too hot for our baby. This is otherwise chargeable from RMB228/pax to RMB468/family of 2A1C.
(d) Bicycle rental, but we didn’t try it as it was too cold.
- Resort looks amazing, both indoors & outdoors! There were a number of activities for children to enjoy too but our naughty one is too young to appreciate it. Older kids will love them.
- We also loved the hotel’s concept of having complimentary bottles of distilled water etc. which is really important to us as we needed a lot of water for our baby’s food. This meant that that we did not have to go to the trouble of finding a supermarket, which is quite a distance away.
- We managed to snag a free upgrade to a Spring 2-Bedroom Villa due to our Accor Gold membership & it’s low peak season. All villas come with private pool - ours was available both on L1 & L2.
- Hotel uses quality furnishing & Toto toilet, definitely a plus. Water pressure is great too.
- We had all our meals at L’Orange as there are no nearby eateries & our time is limited due to our baby. The steamboat set is pricey but highly recommended! The fish & lamb meat (can be changed to beef at diner’s request) were fresh & really good. We liked all the other meat dishes too except for the dumplings. If you have Accor Plus membership, the usual discounts are available too. The hotel breakfast is also at the same restaurant. Breakfast selection was good even though there were not many guests.
Areas of improvement:
- Resort was able to provide a baby cot for our 18MO. However, the mattress was a little hard & the cot was creaky, it kept our baby awake.
- The air-con ventilation vents are directly above the baby cot and it became too cold for our baby in the middle of the night. Couldn’t adjust the temperature no matter what. The staff managed to made it warmer the following night but it resulted in some loud noises, probably issues with the damper.
- Rooms can be a little cleaner (e.g we saw dust balls on the floor).

WWen KaiGreat and convenient location, to the point we extended another night stay. Only 200m to People's Park station, subway Line 2, which can connect you almost anywhere. Able to walk to People's Park and Kuanzhai Alley, even Tianfu Square if you can walk 2km. Also have a convenience store available downstairs of the same building, and Hong Qi store if you walk a bit further. Many tour agencies are on the opposite road, where you can book day tours. The tour bus pickup and drop off points are also only around 1km from this building, easy to walk to due to the extra-wide sidewalks. It's facing the main road so you can easily get taxis as well.
The building is easy to locate, but the check in counter is more confusing to find. When looking in from the main road, the convenience store is on the left, so you need to go to the opposite side of the convenience store. You need to walk to the back of the building and find the entrance facing the wall with a car park boom gate. There is a security guard and there are lots of online delivery boxes. Then, access the elevator and the reception is on level 26.
There was a washing machine and detergent available in our unit, which we utilized. Other than the clothes hanging bar in the kitchen, the rest of the unit lacked places to hang things such as wet towels. It was a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom unit with another queen bed in the living room. Hot water was always available though you have to fiddle with the lever and wait some time. The kitchen only had a water kettle and a few mugs. There's a primary school right beside the building and you can hear the students every weekday morning. (My photos were taken just before checkout so don't mind the mess)
The owners are an exceptionally friendly couple who are hardworking and provide excellent service. They are open to feedback and we've told them what we think was lacking in our unit. Hopefully they will implement the small improvements. They also recommended a few restaurants to us that had good local food and were reasonably priced.
Recommend to add them on WeChat prior to arrival and communicate your arrival time. They wait at the front desk past midnight if they don't know the guest's check in time. However, they can only communicate in Mandarin, so you may face some difficulty.

GGuest UserA very clean and good service hotel, every hotel crew is super friendly. Feel welcome here, the location is great just near the shopping area. Walk straight for 10 minutes then u can spot the famous IFS panda, super convenient. Although it is located at city but cannot here any sound at all! Super comfy bed as well. Btw, they even gave us the super cute panda headband on the day we left.

CCatherine HumeThe reception girls are very polite, friendly and helpful. The room is clean and big, the bed is very comfortable. Chinese style breakfast is free and balanced diet, suitable for anyone who likes Chinese food! Free cherry tomatoes are fresh and sweet. Self-serve laundry service - washing machine is free to use on the 4th floor. The room has a slight smell of mold, but the manager have promised to solve the problem with the cleaning company. All in all, the hotel is value for money, I am very happy with the stay and I will recommend it to my friends and the family.

HHana moriThe hotel name is rather deceiving. When I booked, I thought it was IHG's Holiday Inn, but it's actually not. The location is somewhere in the middle of a village near the airport, but luckily they provided free airport pick up service (For international tourists, it's best to get a local number to call the hotel). Due to construction works nearby, the distance to the airport took longer than expected. But, overall the stay is okay as the room is nice and comfy.
