Horrible reception staff especially mr raja. After you have a bowel relief the health phiset doesnt work. The airconditioner leaks water inside the room. Small rooms. Rationed water bottles

The hotel management was not welcoming enough on early check-in and the communication wasn’t helpful. A little more understanding would have helped.

During my stay i felt like home in there. The safety standards were great. Moreover, since i was have weakness the hotel staff was kind enough to bring my food and medicine to my room too. It was worth a while. I'll visit again.
