Location is very remote and away from the city. We missed the street food, beach vendors etc. Only vgp property all around. The resort itself is a huge place and need to walk around a bit to get from reception to the room or to the restaurant. Complimentary breakfast had an average spread. Food tasked nice. Pool was average with a very small spalsh pool. Changing rooms were very poorly maintained and no towels we're provided at the pool. Room was poorly maintained. The jacuzzi did not work, the toilet had water leakage, and the flooring was damp which took long to dry up. The resort does not have any amenities other than a pool. It gets too lonely and boring at night. The only plus is the private beach, which is again open to outsiders from one side. Overall a boring place for kids and did not get the feel of chennai having stayed here.

Experienced indoor, beach, park, food, decent stay. Staff are good. It was a perfect day. Over all it is a great experience for my family.

Checkin process was delayed due and it could have been handled better. Navigation within the venue was difficult and if you ask the staff for directions they will look at you like a thief who has barged into the resort, enquire 1000 times if we have actually booked the rooms and only then tell you the directions, which was extremely irritating

I checked out within 30 mins. It was a terrible experience. Room had lizard and it was smelling bad. They did not even have a room freshner.

Women in the reception are making us wait for a long time. And the restaurant is not even having some petty cash. Kindly don’t take cash with you. They are using only online payment mode and they didn’t even informed it prior too bad experience
