Smell in room, dirty room, door lock not working, tv not working bedsheet pillow not change or dirty, my booking was with breakfast but i got only 1 vada &small dosa ask for tea manager denied. We are not give tea

They had put 2 separate single bed instead of the master bed, room was smelling badly. Washroom door had a problem. Not worth of price
we checked in and checked out at the same time. Rooms were horrible and the staff also rude

Cleanliness is average and can be improved. No room ventilation or any balcony. They are not picking phone while calling. Room phone is also not working. No restaurant available

I booked the hotel for 1 night for family. 1st room i got in which ac was leak. 2nd room there was fun-gas on walls, slept with mosquitoes, fungus on bathroom taps. Room was very small and no ventilation. Not at all business hotel and not for family too.

The room had the worst hygiene with all the hotel linens being unwashed. Moreover, due to high humidity in chennai the room did not have good quality fan, making it even worst to stay there.
