I booked a room for a friend. I arrived on the first night and was assigned to a room on the first floor that was not very good. There was no window and the curtains were broken. There were frogs croaking outside the wall at night and it was very noisy, so I changed to a second room the next day. The rooms on the first floor are much better.
Every room is different, so you still have to choose.

Amazing landscape! Very well-maintained yard and room. Staff was the best of all my hotel stays in Thailand. The hotel was tucked away in a busy area. The breakfast was buffet style but actually really good food! Overall, no complaints.

We have had a truly superb stay. The lodge is very nicely situated. Even though it is centrally located within the old town of Chiang Mai, the owners have managed to create an intimate yet serene “forest like” atmosphere. The rooms are well equipped and very clean, as is the entire hotel actually. However, what really ties it all together is the amazing staff. Friendly, very helpful, they genuinely are very aware of guests’ needs.

The staff here is really nice and helpful. They always ask you how your day was and help you with navigating around town. The room was really spacious, and had a really large comfortable bed. The location was great as it was quite central. They had a really well-varied delicious breakfast. The hotel itself is really nice as it had a lot of plants and trees which looked really nice especially during night-time. Beware of mosquitoes in the outdoor area so take some insect repellent with you.

So happy that we managed to find this beautiful hotel in the old town of Chiang Mai. I stayed there with my family for four nights. Beautifully decorated rooms and extremely welcoming and helpful staff. We enjoyed the breakfast as well and the small pool cooled us down during the hot days. The icing on the cake was the massage service which we frequently used during our stay.

Wonderful to be in a nice, quiet place, but in the center. The staff is very friendly and always ready to answer questions, help or organize something. The Thai massage that the hotel offers is good. The rooms are spacious, clean, nice beds, well-adjustable air conditioning and recyclable water bottles that are refilled daily in the refrigerator. The garden is very beautiful and full of various plants. The breakfast is simple but delicious, and slightly different every day. And again: it was so nice and quiet ❤️

The hotel is situated in the old town, the nice part of Chiang Mai. The rooms are hidden in the green. Small pool with only 2 beds and some chairs. The rooms look a bit worn out. Our room had almost no day light. Aircon made a lot of noise, blew directly on the bed and was not to lower. The bathroom looked awful. Old and worn out too. Toilet seat almost fell of. Water was not warm. The plus is the location. Price is okey but I would not stay there again.

The hotel is a real highlight because of the very friendly staff and the pretty grounds with a jungle feel. The breakfast has no special highlights, but everything you need is there and is quickly replenished. There is a pool, but if that is important to you, you should probably go somewhere else. The focus here is clearly on the beautiful rooms, the very well-kept grounds and the courteous staff.
