Upon entering, there is a very nice restaurant and lounge. There are some fruits, bread, jams, and of course coffee. The owner speaks English and is very friendly. Anyone can stay comfortably, except for those who want fancy facilities.

The room is small but cozy. Although we don't speak the same language, the boss is very welcoming. There is free coffee☕️, bread🍞, and drinking water🚰 in the public area, which is very convenient.

It's in the center of the old town, so it's convenient to go anywhere. It's a little way down the street, so it's not noisy at night. The staff were very kind.

Prime location with all basic needs sorted!
Thankful for the flexibility and kindness extended by owner Aun, after being away 1.9years in this amazing city.
Room was big as is the bed, ample room to navigate things.
Hangers and amenities available, although water pressure could be stronger in bathroom.
Fridge is cold, housekeeping was good too
Location was perfect in between all the roads you’d wanna go- market, shops 7-11 all easy under the freaking heat.
I love how cute the place is and has its own vibe, miss the black and white cat whom greeted me upon arrival and every morning after!

Ctrip's recommendation was irresponsible and totally different from what was shown in the pictures. First of all, it was hard to find. I walked past it several times but couldn't find it, which shows how hidden it is. Secondly, the room was old and the bathroom was so old that it was hard to turn around. It was very wet even when I wasn't staying there (in dry Chiang Mai), so how could I take a shower? Finally, the most important thing was the bed. It was completely different from what was shown in the pictures. For me, who only required cleanliness, I had no choice but to not stay there!

This is a guesthouse where you can stay at an affordable price. The owner is friendly and the location is very good. 7-Eleven is close and the Sunday Market is also very close. However, there were so many flies in the bathroom, which was a bit disappointing.
