I booked a hotel when I went to Makuhari Seaside for an exhibition. The transportation is very convenient. Chiba Chuo Station is across the road from the hotel, and it is also very quick to transfer to other places. The hotel room is clean and tidy. I booked a deluxe double room, which is smoking-friendly and located on the third floor. The area is moderate, so it's suitable for one person to stay in anyway. There is also a massage chair in the room. The hotel staff are enthusiastic and patient, check-in is efficient, and communication is smooth.

We booked the hotel at the last minute through Trip.com. It was advertised as a last room available and a smoker’s room so our expectations were tentative. We were very pleasantly surprised by the standard and cleanliness of the facility. It is very conveniently located an easy 4 minute walk from the Hakimmakuhari railway station station. There are plenty of eateries in the vicinity. The Hareda and Narita AirPort Express bus also stops at this hotel. The room was clean with no smoker’s smell and all the comforts available for travellers. Breakfast and lunch is available at the hotel cafe. The food and service is very good. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive to our needs and nothing was too much for them. Ueda-san deserves special mention. The hotel is located within the Makuhari Residential Park and the parklands are pleasant to walk around. Makuhari beach is a 10-15 walk from the hotel, as is the Zozo Marine baseball park. Highly recommended.

No flexibility of check in. But because hubby not feeling good, we pay ¥4000 when check in early at 11am. Location is convenient. Sheltered from train station to hotel Housekeeping did not wash our dirty cups. Only give us 1 big towel and 1 bath towel. I shared the towels with my husband. We have 2 people in room. Why only 1 towel. Front desk is kind enough to pass me the fever pad. Told them my hubby got fever and headache. She pass the fever pad. Thank you to front desk

Great locations as it is just 5 mins away from the premium outlets and the makuhari train stations. It is also near Costco and near to a huge aeon mall. There is a bus that will take you to Disneyland as well.

We will definitely come back to this hotel. It's clean and accessible. The cleaning ladies are great, making sure my room is super clean and smelling good. Around 12 minutes walk to Chiba station where there are options to eat and dine.

The staff, the room, and the location were all exceptional, and I cannot thank them enough for making my stay so memorable. Thanks to them, I was able to fully enjoy my trip to Japan, despite my inability to speak the local language.

The room I booked to watch the Makuhari Fireworks cost 1600+ on the day of the fireworks, and 600+ on the next day. Summer fireworks are really popular. The Green Tower is near Makuhari Station, just opposite Mitsui Outlet, and only a 10-minute walk from the fireworks festival. The location is unquestionable. The hotel breakfast is average, business hotel level, and there is no large bath. It is estimated that the main guests are usually exhibition business guests. We took the Keisei bus from Narita Airport and arrived in less than an hour, with a fare of 1200 yen. Finally, a few pictures of the fireworks festival. If it weren't for the fireworks festival, I probably wouldn't come to stay at the Green Tower.

Because my husband was old, I used the universal room (barrier free room). The room was compact and there was no extra thing, so I was saved by the master who was easy to fall.
