住過好幾次了，都挺滿意。首先車站出來就是，方便。房間整潔乾淨。最主要有早飯，日洋都有。日式的種類比較多，雖然簡單，但是味道不錯，一早吃到飽飽的出門。

台風の影響で宿泊。
当日予約でしたが、空いていてラッキーでした。
場所は千葉みなと駅の前、そばにスーパーマルエツが２４時間空いていて、便利です。
値段も安く、特に不満なく泊まれました。

The air conditioner in room 1005 was making some kind of noise.
That was the only disappointing thing.
There was nothing to waste and the breakfast was delicious.

I suppose it can't be helped since the food is free, but the selection is limited and the seating is disappointing, with desks lined up in a small rest area next to the front desk.
