So, I booked 2 night Stay with 2 double bed option. Upon reaching they say they are out of 2 beds and can only offer 1 bed room. They say it's Expedia's fault and they can offer me a refund. Upon contacting ******* the team says the hotel declined the request for full/partial refund. I mean this is so unprofessional. On our face the staff was apologetic and a couple of days later we receive notification from ******* that they decline the refund.

The shower needs a lot of help. Shower head was a mess. Shower curtain needs to be longer. No shelf for soap or shampoo. Need more blankets on the bed. Froze most of the night.
