There was no power throughout our stay. Footwear no allowed inside makes it difficult to walk on chill floor. No wi fi, no drinking water, no glasses, we had to ask for it. A sample soap given for 4 of us. Primitive gas burner geyser is used. Bathroom always stinks of gas. 1 king bed and 1 queen bed was promised, but a king colander a sofa cum bed was given, making it difficult to get up from floor level. Our next halt was at sakleshpur. The host called us, and asked us not to come over, since there was no power, and asked us to cancel the booking. I canceled the booking, but got a reply saying that my booking is canceled, and no refund, because i had booked with 0 payment, whereas i had paid the full amount. Overall a lot of lessons learnt, the hard way.

Nice, comfortable and well maintained place. The owner really took care of small details. It was a great experience for my family. Food must earn a special recommendation. Caretaker manna really was there around the clock to see that we were comfortable. Highly recommend this place. Travellers must respect and help in maintaining this place.

Great stay. Great location. Clean and neat. If there was more sports gear to play it would have been better because most of it was damaged. Although we may or may not get time as we ended up visiting the places all the time and didn't get enough time to play. But if we plan to spend some time playing indoor games.

Amazing place with parking facility , beautiful view, good clean and hygienic rooms, bon fire included, amazing malnad cuisine available for dinner and breakfast. The owner and her team is very hospitable and kind. Food veg and non veg options available Pork available on request, chicken and fish was included.

The stay was very good and comfortable. The food was prepared by the host and it was very tasty. The rooms were clean and hygienic. Will love to visit again!

Property looks nice. Plantations all around. On the way to udupi. Host dashrath is very gentle, professional and passionate about what he is doing. Rooms are clean and spacious, bathroom has gas geysers and rackets, cricket bat etc are provided. Food wasn't clearly upto the mark, quality and quantity both left much more for wanting. Food wasn't included in tariff which i guess i missed seeing earlier so i had to make payments which is not a big issue. Kids and adults alike didn't like food at all. Rest it's average.
