В отеле остановились всего на несколько часов после долгого автомобильного переезда. На следующий день ранний вылет. Прибыли около 23:00 по местному времени. Когда бронировала, то в примечании была информация, что стойка регистрации работает до 20:00 и о более позднем заезде нужно предупредить. На сайте отеля был номер мобильного телефона, который привязан к VIBER, посредством него и связалась с отелем. Первое, подтвердили наличие моей брони, а второе, как выяснилось, стойка регистрации работает круглосуточно. Девушка с ресепшен поблагодарила меня за то, что проинформировала о позднем заезде.
По прибытию и при чекауте персонал справился со своей задачей на 💯 %. И чемоданы помогли поднять/снести и такси быстро вызвали ( в отеле нет лифта и для меня это была неоценимая помощь) . Для понимания, я была одна с двумя маленькими детьми.
Номер был очень приятный, чистый, свеженький, жаль не успели насладиться.
Так как у нас был очень ранний вылет, на завтрак мы никак не успевали. Нам собрали ланч боксы, но вышло как-то несуразно (не удачно/неудобно упаковали их), взяла только йогурты детям. Да и количество сумок превышало количество рук. В любом случае благодарю за заботу, но наверное следует продумать на будущее как более правильно подготовить гостям ланч боксы.
В целом было вполне комильфо)))

What a lovely little hotel! A very, very nice stay and our host, Oleg, was incredibly helpful - truly above and beyond as he helped us with bags, made a tasty breakfast for us to enjoy before our early flight, and even gave us some homemade Moldovan wine to sample - which was absolutely delicious. Great location just down the street from some traditional Moldovan restaurants and a supermarket. Wetbar was stocked and not at all expensive. Please stay at this hotel and say hi to Oleg for me. You will be so impressed!

Komilfo did a great job of accommodating us. A sofa bed was not functioning properly so they let us stay in a significantly larger room at no added cost. Place was clean, breakfast was more than adequate. And location was just outside of the city center. No complaints whatsoever. At least one staff member was able to speak English at any given point, even though I am able to fumble through Romanian if need be!

Small and a bit outdated, but clean hotel in central Chisinau (not in the very heart of of the city as advertised), very friendly and always willing to help staff, good but nothing spectacular breakfast, average WiFi, there is a free parking (you have to specify it in advance when booking) or in general - very good value for its price. What I didn’t like is the fact there is no lift and it’s a challenge to climb/get down the narrow stairs with a big suitcase, the other issue is the sound isolation - you can hear your neighbours or people walking in the corridor.
