Not worth this hotel so called as a resort. Why mm t promotes these types are properties and have a great ratings. This leads to fooling of the travellers, very disappointing the overall experience

Dear imagica hotel team, i wanted to express my appreciation for the exceptional service and hospitality i received during my recent stay at your hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. However, i was disappointed with the breakfast experience. While i understand that options may be limited, i was surprised to find a restricted menu. Moreover, when i requested some additional items, the staff seemed unwilling to accommodate my requests, which was disappointing. Despite this, i appreciate the efforts of the front desk and housekeeping staff, who were friendly and efficient. Please pass ***** my thanks to them. I hope you will consider expanding your breakfast options and training your staff to be more accommodating to guest's requests. I would still recommend your hotel to others, but with the caveat to be prepared for a limited breakfast selection. Best regards, amit raman

Interior of resort is good but staff no trained people n breakfast not so good in taste very tasteless breakfast. Lunch is good. Little improvement in this resort.

Hotel staff was not trained but was good, no complains with the property, swimmimg pool was nice, can stay when in chittorgarh

Hotel was awesome. Ambience was excellent, food is also yummy and affordable, hotel staffs were also polite, rooms were very clean and luxurious, ample parking facilities with swimming pool
