Had a very nice time, relaxing amenities like the pool and garden were lovely. Breakfast was a hit every morning and enjoyed our view from the balcony!

This was a perfect spot for our trip! The hotel itself is beautiful and the family that runs it are fantastic. The breakfast that is included is perfect to start the day and there are plenty of dining options less than a 10 minute walk away in the cute village.
If you're looking to get away from the business cities but still be close to some of the top hikes in the dolomites, this should be a stop!

Im Juni haben wir einige Nächte im Bischofhof verbracht und uns zweimal im Jasmin gastronomisch verwöhnen lassen. Hotel: Ausserordentlich sauberes und gepflegtes Hotel (ist im Südtirol beinahe selbstverständlich, aber das Haus ist darin vorbildlich). Was uns fehlte, ist die sonst übliche herzlichkeit - zwar freundlich aber irgendwie distanziert. Nach dem Essen von einem Spaziergang zurück ist die Hotelbar meistens geschlossen (Personal?). Das Mehrgangmenü ist sensationell mit einem hervorragenden Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Ho soggiornato 4 giorni in agosto con la mia compagna in questo hotel. L'accoglienza è stata da subito molto famigliare e cortese. L'hotel è davvero degno di nota, piccolo ma con servizi di qualità migliori di molti hotel più blasonati. Il giardino tutto intorno all' hotel è a dir poco spettacolare e curatissimo con vista mozzafiato sul castello e il monastero di Sabiona. La migliore vista la si ha dalla vasca idromassaggio proprio a ridosso di una lieve collinetta nel giardino. Con una breve passeggiata si arriva facilmente nel centro di Chiusa. La colazione è servita a buffet con prodotti di qualità, abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo la frutta già tagliata e sempre al perfetto punto di maturazione. L'unica nota un po' dolente è stata la camera che purtroppo non si rifaceva con il resto dell' hotel,era davvero molto piccola e con mobilio datato, probabilmente una delle poche non ancora ristrutturate. Era comunque ben pulita e per lo meno il letto e il materasso erano comodissimi. Il parcheggio era ampio e non c'era mai problema a trovare posto. Senz'altro hotel consigliatissimo ma magari da evitare la camera standard.

Voor ons altijd een fijne locatie aan het begin of aan het eind van een zomervakantie. Even rust. Prima kamers, ruim en modern ingericht. Schoon en met veel licht van buiten. Fantastische lekkere douche. Dit zijn wel de kamers op de bovenste etage met direct uitzicht vanaf je balkon op het zwembad. Uitstekend ontbijtbuffet. Auto veilig parkeren voor de deur. Zwembad lekker verfrissend en je kunt er goed baantjes trekken. Met mooi uitzicht op het klooster boven op de berg. De nonnen zijn helaas enige tijd geleden vertrokken. Maar je kunt deze locatie nog wel wandelend bezoeken. Voor de echte culinaire gasten onder ons, boek vooral vooraf kamer met een diner 's avonds. Echt fantastisch! Daar krijg je geen spijt van. En dat geldt ook voor het wijnarrangement. En met een beetje geluk bij mooi weer zit je gezellig buiten met uitzicht op de prachtig onderhouden tuin. Wir kommen wieder!

Great little hotel perfect for Dolomite sightseeing Great little family run 3* hotel with nice pool, pleasant outside jacuzzi after a day of hiking the Dolomites, a confortable spa area we had a great sauna pre heated by the manager while coming back from our hikes. delicious generous breakfast. You can have drinks served around the pool. The manager is very helpful with tourism issues. The only back draw is no restaurant at night but Chiusa village has a large choice of local restaurants.

Abbiamo soggiornato con mia moglie per una settimana in mezza pensione. Hotel in posizione ottima per centro di Chiusa e comodo per spostamenti Alto Adige o Val Gardena, vista molto suggestiva su convento di Sabiona. L'hotel è molto pulito sia nelle camere che nelle zone comuni , giardino piscina e idromassaggio, e molto curato in ogni particolare anche grazie all'attenzione della signora Marlis. .Colazione molto fornita per tutti i gusti con anche prodotti fatti in casa (ottimi). Cene molto ricercate e preparate con professionalità dallo chef Martin, che ci ha permesso di assaporare cibi ed abbinamenti a volte per noi inusuali, trasmettendoci il loro concetto di sostenibilità. Personale sempre gentile e sorridente. Ci siamo sentiti coccolati e torneremo sicuramente. Lo consigliamo vivamente.

With my family, two adults and two boys, we stayed in this splendid hotel for 5 days. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the center, which can be reached with a walk along the river. The exterior is very well-kept with lots of greenery, a hydromassage and a beautiful swimming pool. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast plentiful and delicious with various local products. Surroundings quiet, we rested very well, unlike other reviews I can say that the proximity of the railway does not cause any discomfort. Very kind Mrs. Marlis who gave us excellent advice on itineraries and places to visit. Strongly recommended!
