This is a beautiful hotel in a cute part of San Pedro! Most things are walking distance- we did walk to San Andres a few times and that was about 20-30 mins to- This place is close to The Sanctuario De La Virgen De Los Remedios and the Great Pyramid! When we stayed, there was a family next to us and the pool right in front of our room- so it was a bit noisy. However, I have no doubts that they would have moved us rooms if we requested so. The room was a little warm and we were given a fan that did the trick- so don't be afraid to ask if needed. They were very accommodating!

If you book this hotel, please make sure to DOUBLE CHECK your reservation. I booked a room and arrived to the hotel to be told that my reservation had been "cancelled" by the hotel's system. I received no email to inform me of this. Rooms were only available for two of the six nights I had booked, and I was charged at an inflated rate as a supposed "walk in" customer. Be cautious of this if you book online. It was really quite dishonest of the hotel and I will certainly not be staying here again.

How beautiful and quite this place is! Awesome service, super friendly people, really nice food and mega cozy room. My husband and I were traveling to Cholula because we wanted to share there his birthday and Dia de Muertos parade. Our baby dog was allowed to be in all places. Of course she is very well behaved and other guests fell in love with her. ☺️ During our stay, we recorded some short videos for a language conference in some of the beautiful spots of the hotel. We felt really inspired to do it because the Hotel was super quite and full of architectural and decorations spots that were breathtaking. Simply awesome and beautiful! 😍

First, booking was really challenging. The website indicated that one room was adjoining another, which we liked, but when we called it seemed this was not an option. When we checked in, it seemed that the hotel was empty, so we had a choice of rooms. We didn't stay with the original suite as it was sweltering inside of it. We opted for a smaller room and had 2 additional fans placed in the room to try to help. There are no windows in the rooms or any way to get cool air or circulation (unless you leave your room door open). We had no hot water in our room for 4 of the 5 days. On the 5th day we did have hot water, but had to adjust the temperature about a dozen times in one shower as the temperature fluctuated so much. Our second room had ok water throughout. There are no basic amenities like a hair dryer, or facial tissues. Our room didn't even have a proper closet. I agree with the comments about really bad bathroom lighting. Our room was full of books...all locked up and not accessible to guests. Our room wasn't really clean when we arrived, and we did find big wads of hair on the floor, which made us question the cleaning overall. The staff was nice, breakfast was good and included. Great service, but the hotel really lacks in terms of comfort.
